ordered food at 19.45 with an estimate of 20.45. rang at 21.45 (kindly waiting an extra hour) and they didn't even know what we were waiting for. it turned up at 22.10. I could walk there in 10 minutes - the only reason we wanted delivery was because my daughter was visiting, we didnt want to be cooking and she was looking forward to her favourite North east takeaway. Needless to say we won't ask figaros to provide that service on the future!

Top service, we ordered our food with a bottle of drink which didn't come, so they sent out another driver just to give us the bottle.The kebab and cheesy garlic bread from here is spot on!

My mums deaf and everytime she’s been in there’s always been a lovely worker there called Freya whose always helped her and it really makes my mums day that someone’s helping her and she truly is such a sweet person!

Ordered for collection, food was ready within 15 minutes. Very friendly staff. Food was spot on couldn’t ask for anything better. Wraps could easily feed 2 people, pizza had plenty of toppings on and was cooked perfectly. Highly recommend.

Took ages to come an the parmo was pink/purple inside and was rock solid on the outside. Would not recommend the parmo or chip because chips were not very good. Would not recommend!

Three times ordered from here, not once have they got the order right. Ranging from cold food up to missing pizza's toppings and sides. Wouldn't mind so much if it was a weekend but during the week???Save yourself the hassle and order from a half decent pizza place.Vegetarian options: Next question

Pizza nice and crispy cooked spot on, not soaked in oil underneath like you get with some other takeaway shops. Parmo lovely, nice crispy chips. Arrived well within time frame piping hot! Definitely order again.

Refuses to give me a refund. 3 kids waiting for food and we’re told just to wait. Call log to prove this ridiculous service. Note website said 55 minute wait. Manager refuses to speak to us and just shouting in the back ‘it’s busy’.
