Went in this morning, ordered a breakfast meal deal. Scanned my app that had a reward on it, only to be told that I still had to pay £3.10 for my meal as I only the sandwich has been knocked off. When I pointed out that the reward hadn't come off, she then said you still have to Pay £3.10 for your drink. To top it all I had my phone stolen whilst in there. Thus is the last time I ever shop in a Greggs.

A queue out the door, only 1 member of staff serving, 1 doing collection orders and another doing sandwiches,only people coming out are the ones who are sick of waiting and can’t wait any longer. I waited 8 mins and only 2 people served. I have a dinner break and I’ve ended up leaving without anything. There was more joining the queue, not sure how long they will have to wait and this isn’t even dinner time it’s 11.10 am
