First ever visit to a land based casino last night, what a delight it was.Jo on reception was brilliant, so helpful and kind, Jo told us everything my carer and I needed to know.Callum frequently came over to see if we wanted any beverages, he was also polite, friendly and professional.The staff on the cashier desk were also brilliant. The staff here really did make me feel welcome and valued.We are going back in February for our birthdays, so looking forward to a great night out again.*note to management, the live music was incredibly loud, maybe if the acts could turn it down a decibel or 2?

Place is a joke!! Dealers can’t do correct pay outs and when you question them they say you’re abusive and ban you for 6 months ?! Good luck on your reopening from covid …… you’re going to need it

The standard of the food & service varies at this restaurant. One week, the steaks were made to perfection & the service was ok.Last night, the meals were the worse we had ever eaten. Bruschetta was surprisingly bitter & had no garlic taste. We were told the Bruschetta was overpowered by the cherry tomatoes, but the tomatoes were not bitter. Not sure what sauce they had poured on to the ciabbata bread. The fish & chips, the fish was overly cooked & the chips were overly salty. Never eating at this place ever again. The service wasn't fantastic either.

Great night out just wish we could win sometimes, things have definitely slowed down since the pandemic everyone you speak to says the same thing machines not paying out like they used to

Stockton G Casino is nice clean and spacious venue.24hr reception, large carpark which is free for customers using the touch screen registration on entry to tge Casino.Large table area with multiple roulette and blackjack set up. Lots of TV screens around with current sports events showing.Poker room upstairs is spaced out well, comfortable and well run.Check the app or call the casino for tournament dates/timesNice bar area, food is also served without too much waiting time.All the staff are polite and presentable.The venue is clean and tidy, no signs of wear, tear or damage.Toilets are fresh and clean.This really looks a good venue for a nice night out.Disabled access is available as well as parking spaces close to the entrance.Give this review a thumbs up if you think this will be helpful for others.
