Worst Mcdonalds ever i dont know why i do it to myself I order from here all the time and every single time i make a order there is a problem, if its not the uber drivers using more then 1 account so my food get delivered cold because they doing more then one phone for orders and the Mcdonalds allows them to do this and pick up food for a account that dose not match the face so if its not that its the actual workers in the shop being very lazy workers turning off drinks machines not cooking chicken items turning off milk shake machine reheating chips or give out cold ones they just dont care and this is not on anymore i shall never use this business again it’s absolutely appalling and nothing is being done about it its not like i can select the Mcdonalds that i want to deliver to me im stuck with it because where i live its not on and something should be dont about this i cant be the only one thinking this they are playing about with peoples food worst thing ever they need to fire everyone here and start again ?

Pretty much incapable of ever getting an order correct. If you get a delivery there will be something missing every time, I'd you get it from the inside you'll have to check or you won't get the sauces or something even when you've specifically added them to the order.Order through the app and when it turns up with missing food and inedible because it's freezing cold you can't do anything about it with McD themselves because they wash their hands of it and blame Uber. It might be cold because of Uber but sealed bags of food with missing items certainly isn't their fault.Tonight's order had no sauces, no straws, no sauces and the mcspicy didn't have the right sauce on it so it was just a plain chicken burger.Total garbage over the last few orders. Absolutely not worth the money because unless you get a saver menu burger it isn't even cheap any more.Rip off, disgusting and always incorrect. Give it a wide berth and pray your local one is better than this (though from experience, it probably isn't).

Updated review after yet another order missing items:Do not order from here, unless you are prepared to check every single item before leaving. Every time we have missing items, like entire food items, boxes of nuggets/burgers. The parking is terrible, with just eat drivers taking up half the parking spaces.Avoid this restaurant.

Visited for breakfast. Ordered via app with delivery to table. App said no hot drinks were available so we ordered cold drinks only to then notice afterwards there were in fact other people with hot drinks…? App glitch??Food was acceptable but not great - sausage and egg McMuffin was a bit chewy but was reasonably hot. Didn’t care for the slightly peppery flavour though.

Always go to teesside Park with my grandson after school when it's my turn to pick him up. Its much quieter than the one's near his nursery and the staff are always friendly and service is
