Good pizzas, kebabs less so. Quality a bit hit and miss.

Waited over an hour and a half for my order and it still hadn't arrived rang shop and excuse was it's because of the weather a bit of rain if they were that bothered about road conditions they should of cancelled deliveries and collect in person

Ordered from Pizza Castle while staying at Travelodge at Sedgefield. the food was very nice I had doner kebab which was much nicer than the local takeaways in our town shame there wasn't garlic yoghurt because not a fan of garlic mayo but the meat was very tasty. my wife and a chicken and mushroom pizza which she said was very nice too.

Food is diabolical, order arrived and was inedible, they refused a refund but replaced 2 out of 3 items which were just as bad. Made myself and my family very very ill the next day.

All they do lately is forget sumat off ur list wheter its sumat daft as chilli but wen i want chilli with me food coz it makes the taste better and it dont arrive...all they do is say we giv u sumat off next time,which dosent help from the food ur about to have...plus wenever u order next u get nothing extra,u see im not greedy and dont like to remind but if u dont keep a log of who u dont send wot they want is wrong coz im not gunna ask for a freebie next time i order!

Very disappointed. We ordered for delivery and decided to use local business and not one of the big chains. Ordered on line for a specific time. Arrived about 45 mins after. When we opened the boxes,One of the pizzas had obviously been tipped onto one side and the toppings had stuck to the side of the box. It was delivered in a plastic bag, the box had sweated, therefore making the base of the pizza slightly too soft and not crispy.This is such a shame as the taste of one of the pizzas was really good with plenty of toppings. Considering the cost we expected a better service. Tried to contact shop, no response. Contacted the page where we ordered from, No response. Sent email, no response also sent message. Also sent photos. All of these options were on their fb page and did not hear back from any of them.

Order placed at 19.04 received at 21.25 , after numerous phone calls and being told it was on its way , arrived cold box’s covered in grease . V poor service

Ordered at 1825 and was told 1 hour so rang at 1955 and was told it was out for delivery still waiting at 2030 so rang again and was told there was a computer problem so just cancelled the order this is not the first time this has happened. Would have given 0 stars if possible.
Ordered chicken kebab never smelt chicken like it definitely off. Give them it back.

food is always cooked to perfection. lovely, friendly staff and quick service. we have visited regularly for several years now and have never had a bad order. huge amounts of variety on the menu and everything you could ask for from a takeaway shop.

Was staying at the impeccable pig decided to try this place after a terrible pizza from the above, food was really good pop was freezing, garlic and chilli sauce was spot on so was the pizza and kebab cheers
