Internet needs improvement as it had weak signal coverage and my phone kept disconnecting. Bathroom extraction fan was not working even though I reported it to the reception twice and they told me it would be looked at.

Checked in at around 15.00 and stayed in a room on the ground floor. While at the check in desk a team of staff came from the rooms and one of them said 'All rooms good Peter'. At the time I thought that's good, attention to detail and rooms signed off before allowing guests in, how wrong was I! First thing I noticed when walking into the room was a ball of human hair at the side of the desk on the floor and a clothes tag ....... 'All rooms NOT good Peter' Later that evening it sounded like we were below a heard of elephants so I went to the from desk and asked to be moved to the second floor. We were moved to the second floor and when entering the room this was not as nice as the first room. The TV was not a smart TV like we had in our first room and the curtains needed throwing as they were damaged and there were no blinds on the window so light coming in on a night. Also woken up several times throughout the night with doors slamming. Overall not a good stay and wouldn't recommend.

Rooms are lovely and clean, Beds are comfortable, Staff are amazing and extremely helpful, Brewer's do the best food around the area, Staff are amazing and lovely. Especially a wonderful lady named Di.

The Covid we don’t clean your rooms things is now getting a little thin! Room OK but busy road (ok when window closed). Restaurant is poor food choice is low but try their best (definitely understaffed).

My partner booked this as part of a trip to Stockton to revisit some of the place’s we used to go when we lived here. She booked a family room, its a nice room fairly big, with a double bed a single and a cot. This room cost no more than a standard double room. It had a good bath and shower. The only downsize was the best was not the most comfortable we have slept in, which i suppose is quite important when stopping at a hotel, and we never got much sleep because of this. We added breakfast on to our stay, and this is in the beefeater pub next door, was a lovely all you can eat full english, as well as options such as croissants, crumpets and yogurt. Nice tea and coffee as well as juice options. Food was very tasty and topped up regularly. Staff where friendly, quick and a credit to the pub really. When you leave you just pop your card in a tray, so you don’t really get to speak to them about your stay. Suppose thats down to covid though. Checkout was good at 12. We more than likely would stay again, with the hope the beds would be a bit more comfortable.

Hotel is excellent, lovely reception staff, beautifully clean. No noise at all, beds comfy. We was amazed and so happy about the check out time of 12, extremely helpful. My only downsides would be is that we couldn’t get any bottled water when we arrived at midnight as the vending machine had nothing in and the bar was shut and they don’t provide any in the room. That’s my only grumble as the rest was brilliant, breakfast was fantastic and the meal deal they offer of excellent value. All in all great value for money

Staff in the hotel and restaurant (Di) were amazing. Really went the extra mile in the hotel and Di in the restaurant paid such special attention to my daughter. Excellent all round. Will definitely be back.

The hotel was a nightmare disabled room £100 per night unbelievable.hovering when I was asleep early in the morning ask for clean towel from the short haired lady didn’t come ignorent lady but the were nice staff to the manager very nice

Premier in was lovely and staff were extremely helpful especially Rebecca who went the extra mile in her customer service! Room was brilliant and and enjoyable nights sleep with useful facilities next to it.

Tired and dated hotel, our room was apparently one of the newer refurbished rooms. Not in our eyes. Ripped carpets, uncomfortable bed, with a very heavily stained, old, well used mattress that sagged, lumpy pillows. I must have got a hours sleep. Now writing this very tired, with a stiff neck, and bad head. Restaurant just ok. We asked to be seated in family area which was very cold with a draught blowing in. We then got missed on placing our order. I finally had to chase the server down as they started serving new arrivers. They said sorry as we had just blended in. Floor was strewn with other food, menus were sticky. Food very slow at arriving and not very hot. Only good thing was its location for main routes elsewhere and town centre.

Ideal place to stay with the a66 near by so able to travel to local locations with ease, yarm, stockton, middlesbrough and darrlington, with the a19 just down the road, teesside park 5 mins away with plenty of shops and cages eta

An amazing premier Inn staff absolutely lovely and got to say very easy on the eyes very helpful rooms are absolutely immaculate and I would recommend for anybody to stay here breakfast delicious as well as evening meals and lunch I love their new rooms that they have here are so comfortable beds to die for I would stay here all year round especially for how welcome you feel from the members of staff
