Called in for some lunch on a Sunday. Plenty of disabled parking and parking spaces. Was greeted by a friendly member of staff who directed us to a table. With it being a Sunday, there were a lot of children in the bar. Some were on the pool table (don't agree with that in a bar, but that's personally personal opinion, due to them potentially damaging the table green).Speed of service was good. However food quality was very poor and I wouldn't visit again. Once complained of the state of the steak ordered was offered a free pint. Didn't even stay to take up the offer.I think there is a children's play area attached the bar at the side of the pub. (Didn't go in so I'm not sure how big that is).Exiting the car park was a little confusing, they kind of send you around in a big unnecessary circle and it's not clearly signposted

Superb breakfast, fresh and hot. Lots of choice. First time in my life I've been in a hotel over Christmas and have to say it was festive and welcoming. Well done Premier Inn.

Possible the greasiest awful cooked breakfast I have ever eaten. For £9.99 it is unlimited so sounds like a reasonable price until you realise that the real limit is how much of the food you can stomach.Only positive is the lady hosting was friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely disgusted tonight not only with the food but the service. We placed our food order and all seemed ok. When the starters came one of the children’s starters of pigs in blankets were raw in the middle. When we took them back they apologised and asked if we would like anything else which we didn’t. They sight of the raw sausages had put my 5 year old off. We were then told that 3 of the 4 mains we had ordered were out of stock so we chose different. When the mains hadn’t arrived 50 minutes later we asked how long it would be as we had waited a while to be told ‘what do you expect???’ When the food came it was luke warm at best and the burgers were like rubber. We had fish bites that had been cooked that long that the fish inside had disintegrated. There was at least 70% of food left. I must say the chips were nice and we all wished we had got chips instead of spending good money on the rubbish we had been given. Don’t waste money in here - avoid and go elsewhere.

Went for Christmas Day dinner with the family from start to finish we could not fault this place staff were friendly and very welcoming there really made a effort with everyone must be hard for them working on such a day as Christmas but we’re so lovely our starters came within 10 minutes of us sitting down and all starters were perfect carvery was lovely plenty of veg choice and was all hot and meat was wonderful was cooked perfect hat off to the manger of the kitchen and the kitchen members all food was great 10 out of 10 desserts again was no longer then 10 minutes after our plates were taken away would definitely be coming back to Preston farm again mangers of this places all need a pat on the back well done on making a great day off the year that little bit better love smith family

Came in for the festive menu. I ordered the turkey trimmings, my mother ordered the steak with white wine sauce. Food was very poor. Only 2 slices of thinly cut turkey no stuffing, very small burnt parsnips, no mash, no cauliflower cheese, cranberry which is something you would fine on a turkery dinner carrot and turnip mash was small and cold. I ordered extra pigs in blankets and got 3 small sausages. The steak was very fatty, pastry was soggy and the roast potatoes were ineligible. The waitress only came at the end of the meal. We informed her the portions were far too small and the quality of food was rubbish. We were offered more potatoes by then my mother had finished what she had barely eaten. No refund or discount was given. Meal cost 45 for two. We could have got alot more at the toby cavery. They have lost our custom. Don't waste your money.

Average food but be prepared to be forgotten about by staff. Happened to me twice in 2 days. I was told my ticket was lost in the kitchen but when the food came out chilled it was clearly just sitting there waiting.

Staff are always friendly here. Place needs a decorating and up dating now. Sunday lunch wasn't the best.Breakfasts are still as good though. Place is clean.Parking: Free parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: Play area to use. Mainly at lunch and dinner times.

Went here spur of the moment, were at Dobbies garden centre at 15.10 hrs for food, could only get coffee and cake or scone. Glad we did go to P.Frm Brewers Fare as we enjoyed the food and everything else and especially at that time of day.

I had my family visit from wales. We took them to the so called amazing Preston Farms and we were all very disappointed. Wrong orders, terrible cold food, terrible timing with bringing the food and clearing table, terrible service. This is the second time its been SHOCKING so it deserves for its name to be dragged through mud. Money is hard at the minute for everyone. Its not ok

This is one of the best Brewers Fayre I’ve ever visited. The staff were amazing and especially Diane who does the breakfast and lunch service. She was so kind to me as I was eating alone and she went above and beyond to give me the best experience. Compliments to the chef - fantastic breakfast and obviously cooked to order, best poached eggs ever. If we’re in the area again we’ll definitely eat here - well done ??
