16.3.24. Personally my first time dining, my wife and I decided to go with the kids for our evening meal.First off, warm friendly welcome, music playing which was not overwhelming which is great for our daughter due to her SPD. Sam Davies was our designated server. Highest of praise for Sam highly attentive, very polite, when there was a minor hiccup with our dessert Sam made suggestions that best suited us.The kids menu was large in variety and they both ate everything presented to them.My wife got the glazed chicken burger. Scoring an 8/10 in her opinion.I chose the Friday's glazed burger and doubled up on burger with house fries.The fries were nice but in my opinion could have done with a bit more seasoning. This may be personal preference but that's how I felt. The burger itself was a tasty enough burger overall. The lettuce and red onion were fresh, the sweet yet acidic pickle adding to the meat of the burgers unfortunately for me the patties themselves seemed to lack in flavour which was a big let down. I can't pin point exactly what the burger needed but I personally feel it was lacking the WOW I wanted it to have. We got a chocolate fixation cake to polish our meal off that was faultless. Chocolate cake thick chocolate ganache, caramel and ice cream. What's not to like.Overall a positive experience, would I rush back to dine possibly not but I would be happy to dine again in the future. The staff and atmosphere made up for what the food lacked.

I Loved to atmosphere and the food was amazing our server Tabitha was always making sure we were okay and kept our drinks tip top. She told us about the app and all of the new deals coming next week so we will 100% returning to try more of the menu.

I will never eat here again! The worst experience and food terrible. What's happened, this place used to be so good, the staff looked fed up and not interested the food is very expensive, sticky tables.

Had a lovely afternoon for mothers day. We were looked after by Conner, our waiter. Food was delicious. My wife got free flowers & a mocktail. Our daughter got a ballon animal & activity pack to keep her occupied.. Which were nice little extra touches. Would definitely come back
1000000/10 for Hannah she was great, very friendly and welcoming! Also the milkshakes were amazing, would recommend!

The service was excellent. The staff was excellent well mannered well presented and nothing was a bother. The food and atmosphere including the music was excellent. There were no faults we could pick. They cater for gluten free where a separate waitress comes and takes the order and brings the order out separately. But we got our meals at the same time from different waitresses.Thank you for a wonderful meal ??

It's gone downhill.. no more JD glaze and £25 for a tiny, overcooked and under-seasoned steak.Your local pub will serve much better food for significantly less, don't bother.Deserts and staff were nice, hence 2 stars.

Very expensive! For 2 of us for 2 courses and 1 alcoholic drink and 1 coke, it was £82 !!! Food was OK, my sesame chicken was very close to being burnt. The staff were friendly and quick to take order.
