I ordered cappuccino for my partner and a kit kat hot chocolate for myself, service really slow and was given a small chocolate kit kat bunny with just plain hot chocolate? Are you not suppose to get squirty cream on top?? Wasn't hot either...very disappointed very costly for what I got..I use Costa quite a lot but first time I've used this one, needless to say I won't be using this one again.

It was a real inconvenience that there wasn't a toilet. Told there was one across the other side of the shopping centre, as it was pouring down this was not an option. Ended up having to leave some of my meal . Researching this, it seems that a place providing food with more than 10 seats, which it certainly has, has to provide toilets for its customers. Stupidly I assumed there would be one, and would use it when I had got my food and a table. Staff member was quite rude when I asked why there wasn't one and got defensive.

Incredible stupidly slow. Been here several times. 10/20 min waiting time on average to be served. Sometimes drinks just rushed. Given up with the place now. Go somewhere else unless you want to wait

Went in today and surprisingly only two other customers in front of me which is unusual. Stood for an absolute age as the member of staff leafed through a file. There was a girl waiting to make drinks, someone filling up the cake stand, two members of staff clearing tables. We stood for quite a while so I asked politely if anyone else could serve as by now the queue was out the door. I received a very curt, snappy response that the person being served had an allergy and they had to follow rules. I replied that I had no problem at all with that but that my question was could anyone else serve. The reply was no because he’s using the till (not the case as the server in question was still looking through allergy advice). I then asked if the other till could be used. Again a really snappy retort that no that till was off. He then flounced into the kitchen. I and another customer were taken aback by this response. We continued to wait as the queue grew. I really don’t think that putting on an extra till on a Saturday afternoon should have warranted such a response.

Didn't notice at first but when needed a table did notice nearly all tables full of trays which hadn't been cleared away.It wasn't busy so no excuse.The coffee was barely warm.Worse was to come when visited the toilet.This was absolutely disgusting.Toilet paper all over the floor and the floor itself was filthy.Overall not a pleasant experience not to be repeated.

From someone who travels for work a lot but lives local, this is consistently the slowest serving Costa in the country. If you have 4-5 people in front of you (the standard) expect to wait 15-20 minutes to make your order while one barista quietly makes one drink at a time. We avoid if we can but not many offerings at Teeside Pk

had a wonderful experience on saturday, fast and smiley service, especially from a young woman called grace- definitely made mine and my hubbys day. Would 100% recommend and will be returning.

Took grandaughter who cannot have dairy and the staff couldnt have been more helpful. Best customer service ive had in a very long time.cwell done Costa
Hygiene standards of the baristas are poor. The girl serving continously had her hand on her mouth whilst using the till and did not wash her hands between tasks - including when getting food. Sorley disappointed.
