What a hard working pair serving in the shop today . Both gave excellent friendly service and the sandwiches were lovely would recommend to anyone to go there for a nice fresh lunch . Well done to Craig and callam for providing good food and friendly

Every time I come to subway my sandwich is toasted and I ask for veg on it after it has come out the Merry chef- no issues. Today I asked for this and was spoken down to and made to feel like an idiot as the sandwich is ‘obviously boiling hot’ and nothing can be added after toasting? As someone who was a manger of a sandwich shop I would ask the customer if they would like anything else adding to their sandwich before toasting if this is the case. Or alternatively suggest putting the vegetables in a pot so I could open the ‘boiling’ sandwich myself. Customer service appalling - coming from the manager / shift leader by looks of it. Other members of staff staring blankly at me. Sandwich wasn’t nice either paper stuck inside it. I was very polite after being spoken to like this too - not my fault you hate your job! You work with people speak to them how you’d wish to be spoken to.

Really good quality service on the day I made my visit. Staff were friendly and made a great set of sandwiches for me and my partner. We ordered two chicken and bacon foot long subs with double cheese, toasted and salad in there as a meal deal and a boxed dozen cookies. Also thanked the staff personally and told them I'd put a review on Google for them.Vegetarian options: There are veggie optionsKid-friendliness: Good for kids however there are no play spaces or activities but they have kids mealsParking: Hundreds of parking spotsWheelchair accessibility: All level access with disabled toiletsDietary restrictions: I believe they cater to all dietary requirements but best to confirm this before starting an order.

I attended the Anlaby park Subway on Friday 6 May .I was in a hurry and needed 5 platters of sandwiches for a work event . I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and understanding of the 2 staff . In particular the young gentleman taking my order was very friendly and helpful.Thanks for a great experienceBrilliant service and staff ?

When I normally get poor service I do not write a review but this order was appalling honestly . We waited 1 hour for this pointless food . Then when it came my bread was very crusty and hard so it was hard to chew and there was clumps of stuff in the sandwich normally I can eat a full 6 inch but I couldn't even have a couple bite it made me sick honestly I Normally don't have a problem with subway but this may be my last order !

Normally i don’t have a problem with subway but today i did! Normally i order subway from Boothery Road but today i decided to order it from Anlaby.We waited over a hour for our food to come when normally it should take 20mins if that. When the food arrived it was cold and the bread was hard and crusty. They where clumps in the sandwich and it also smelt of poo. I couldn’t even eat a couple of bites because it was that bad! I had to spit it out and felt like i was going to be sick. I will not be ordering from here again!

I ordered a straightforward meal through Deliveroo. The first order was missing items and was wrong. I phoned this Subway and was told “nothing we can do, I can’t authorise customer service as the manager isn’t here, you can speak to him tomorrow”. That was fortunate as like most humans I only eat every other day of course.Anyway, I immediately contacted Deliveroo who arranged a replacement meal to be delivered. That was also wrong when it arrived. This place really is best avoided.

Ordered via uber, arrived to find no cheese at all even though I said double, no double meat, no extras I'd asked for, no guacamole on both salads, wrong sauce and wrong salad in both salads too.Oh and they missed the nachos out of my order too.How can you get an order that wrong.Absolute joke, fuming but nothing I can do as the number listed online is not recognised.

Lovely food as always, staff friendly, nice and warm, cozy, relaxed. One very very minor irritation, they were a bit stingy with the provision of napkins. Subway food is always delicious, but always rather messy. Patrons should be given a fairly big handful of napkins with every purchase. Xx
