I used the QR code after finding a table.To order a full English breakfast it is straightforward to use, but there is no ability to request that an item isn't included. I'm not a fan of baked beans, but as the photograph on the menu showed them nicely contained within a small pot on the plate, I agreed that I'd go ahead and just pass them over to the person I was eating with.When the food was brought to the table, the beans were not in a separate pot, but all over the plate, under the sausages and toast. So, not as 'advertised' then. It didn't take long to be brought a new breakfast without beans, but it's obvious that the 'app' for ordering from the table simply lacks functionality.Also, if I see on a menu that there are two sausages or two rashers of bacon, I'd rightly expect there to be two of each. That's what I paid for, that's what I got.Why, therefore, is it that if the menu mentions 'tomato' there is only half a tomato included? That's clearly not right.So - please change the menu to be accurate and have a look at adding onto the 'app' the ability to ask for an item not to be included.

Only had the mini breakfast and it was outstanding really nice service very pleasant a d the old lady on the till was exceptional she is always pleasant puts you first and very kind one in a million

If I could give 0 starts I would, breakfast was stone cold and salty. The staff were rude the tea was horrible. Will never visit again was disgusting

We had the Christmas dinner Dec 2022 it was 10 out of 10 really nice, but Dec 2023 was poor ,starter was okay sweet was okay, but middle course was very poor, parsnips carrots like chewing leather sprouts tasted odd gravy was like brown water, lumps in the mash , no roast potatoes, they forgot to bring cranberry sauce, Yorkshire pudding was hard, and the whole lot was quite cold, I've seen on YouTube some Morrisons do excellent Christmas dinners, but in 2023 not the beverley store.

Recently had a full English breakfast here. Food took a little longer than expected considering they didn't look super busy but it was worth the wait because it was actually pretty decent. Great value for money.

We went for my dad's 81st birthday lunch as we have never been disappointed with the food or service. We had the ultimate fish and chips x3 and the full vegan breakfast. The food was gorgeous, not one complaint. As the lady came over to clear our plates We had a chat and I mentioned it was my dad's birthday, 5 minutes later the staff came over with a blueberry muffin with a candle in it all singing Happy Birthday. They really helped to make his day Thank you.
Called in thinking Morrisons cafe is good. How mistaken we were.There was a choice of 2 sandwich's prawn or toasted cheese and ham.My husband had to shout into the kitchen we stood waiting that long.The toasted sandwich was a very very dark brown almost burned when eventually it arrived.We ordered cappuccinos they were cold I asked at the counter. Just try getting another which was equally cold. The waitress couldn't have cared less ho put some water in to warm it up. The service was absolutely rubbish the food was dreadful we certainly will never call in again to what had been a really good cafe. Not anymore. No wonder it was empty that says a lot.Also I tried to call customer service and the wait time was approximately 58 mins !!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful but the self serve menu screen meant a lengthy queue. Food was brought to the table after ordering at the screenbut wasn't very warm.

We hadn't visited here for a while because the service and food had got so bad , but with the grandkids staying with us we thought we would give them another try , big mistake ! Customer service was appalling , first when we had to say our bread and butter hadn't arrived it was just "plonked" on our table without a word said , we then had to have mushy peas changed because they were cold and dry . Fish was watery and tasteless , chips dry and cold , just awful , £22 totally wasted , never ever again !!! Morrisons have gone so far down the pan it's only a matter of time til it closes down.

Good quality food and served very quickly! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for families!Wheelchair accessibility: I took a bulky pram but they made sure there was plenty of space near us and helped us with trays/drinks ect so I would assume they would do the same with a wheelchair user.

Stood waiting at Till for over 10 minutes , knowone came to serve , knew we were waiting as member of staff was clearing tables , totally ignored us , terrible service only wanted some drinks , won't go again , went over to McDonalds
