We’ve been to the Woolpack 10+ times now over the last year and we have finally decided it’s our favourite place to eat and drink in Beverley. It’s an all rounder, they seem to hit the nail on the head with the food / pricing / staffing. It’s also clean, well maintained and the atmosphere/feel of the place can’t be beaten. Well done to the owners and especially the team, we have worked in hospitality ourselves for over 15 years between us and we are always impressed with The Woolpack. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

The place itself is nice, the food is amazing both in diversity and taste though portion size could be better. I have never heard a bad word about it & would highly recommend the whole experience. They hold a great quiz too.

Absolutely amazing pub, beer and food spot. Went for quiz Thursday night and staff unbelievably attentive and plesent. The gammon was best I have ever had, all enjoyed the food and atmosphere and will definitely return.

Just been tonight … Had to write a review.. It was pint and pie night .. wow The pies were fabulous., served with a smile too Great atmosphere, great service.. good price & amazing food .. really well looked after. Can’t recommend enough.. will be back very soon . A real gem of a pub

Thursday Steak night (other grilled dishes available) 2 steaks and bottle of wine free followed by quiz. Nicely cooked food and local produce. Great atmosphere in pub and the service was excellent. Will be back for pie night on a Tuesday. Recommend

Called in here on the way home from a day trip. I can't believe how lucky we were to stumble across this lovely little pub. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing. We live an hour away from here and are already planning to visit again.

Fabulous food. Great service. Definitely a must try. Staff were lovely and the meals were well worth the money. Plenty on the plates, we couldn’t eat it all which is a shame as it was lovely. If you haven’t been you should.

The Woolpack is a small traditional two room pub close to Beverley Westwood. It has a cosy little snug and a bigger Room. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The important thing is they serve cask conditioned hand-pulled real Ale. A decent choice of beers always in top quality condition. I have been coming here on and off for over 40 years it's still a nice place not horribly modernised like a lot of pubs have been. If you want a pub where you can just have have a nice chat and a decent drink then this is the place.
