Don't bother they have been getting small things wrong for a while now but the last 2 times they have got wrong the allergy aspect of our order i asked for a tomato garlic bread as i am allergic to cheese and they sent a cheese garlic bread instead of a pizza for my disabled son calling me a liar when I have phoned to complain and my son upset when all he wanted was a Donner meat pizza and dosnt understand why they won't send him one I am very displeased with this place I cannot trust what they send out as I could get really ill if I eat cheese and I have no answer for my son disgusted is what I would say about them.

Greeted with a fantastic welcome, no pressure to order quickly, given time to look at the menu. Helped with any questions. Great customer service, nothing too much trouble. Very reasonable prices, consistently high quality and very tasty food.I always get a massive portion of their chicken doner meat to bring back to Scarborough, beautiful and full of flavour. Well worth a visit.

Absolutely awful! Pizza was inedible & went in the bin ... Waste of money. No food hygiene rating on display, unsuprising as the shop was scruffy & no very clean. Staff unfriendly, apart from the woman taking the orders. Definitely will not be returning.

Very reasonable prices. Staff not chatty, but they don’t really need to be - you order your food, then no one bothers you, then the food is ready. The lady taking my order was lovely, and was very patient with me (I was half asleep). I wish there had been somewhere to sit while waiting, perhaps just a few stools, but there wasn’t really space. Still, the waiting time was not long at all, despite there being two other people in there before me. I got ‘Special Deal #3,’ which was extremely reasonable in terms of price. I was pleased with how hot the chips were. There was also a decent amount of cheese on my cheesy chips. I really liked the salad on my chicken burger - the lettuce was crunchy, fresh, and washed. I had expected it to be limp salad but I was genuinely impressed, it was all nice and crunchy.It didn’t seem the cleanest of places.

Paid exact amount in change as I checked twice. They then placed in till, which I heard, then said when passing the food, we’d short payed. If you’re going to dispute money taken, at least have decency to count in front, as to how we used to do!
