I eat dominos every now and then and whenever I get it, the food is absolutely amazing! From the sauce, the texture and the taste overall, it is definitely worth it!

Customer service is an absolute disgrace! Just rang up to ask if the store was still open as my order I tried placing through just eat couldn't be accepted by the restaurant. Spoke to a lad called Jack and he was rude, told me what I asked and then hung the phone up with no goodbye or thank you. I rang straight back and explained that I wouldn't be placing an order with them after he was so rude and the response I got was "ok"! No not ok Jack as you have just lost custom for Domino's. Would highly advise not to abruptly hang up on future customers.

Nice pizzas. The wedges were cooked perfectly, I have had some Domino's where wedges were not fully cooked. This one was fine!

Order came well below the stranded for what you pay for , put a complaint into customer care online , which they really don’t give a dam about the customers at all , I will be spending my money somewhere else from now on .

we experienced the worst customer service. We ordered one wrap mix box with 2 coc and they billed for pizza mix box and only 1 coc and it was 8 pounds extra from what we have to pay. They offered refund but as per them it will take 4 or 5 days. The staff was not well received . Very bad experience ?

Its a long time i am waiting in the counter.Every staffs are engaged with their mobile phone.. After that one lady come and asked the order. We order one mix n mix and 1 tandoori wrap. Its only 15.30 pounds, but they asked me 23.30, then i pay the amount of 23.30, irresponsible staff.. (19/02/2023 ) 2 ladies staff on their and they don't know how to treat their customer. This is my first experience from dominos, now i hate dominos...

My order was for delivery. It came on time but wrong pizza. Rang store and had to wait about 40 mins for the one I had ordered in the first place. Not up to usual taste, efficiency or standards. Nearly £24 for two pizzas and they can't get it right! Overpriced cr@p!
