Their pizza chicken was already spoiled... surprised and shocked after I was asked on retail to pay 5pound if i wanna pay by card for chips and pay only 2pound if wanna pay by cash as i wasn't having cash so they was taking that advantage ....cant believe this all happening in england.

Absolutely appauling ordered a takeaway tonight cheese burger and cheesy chips, chips was absolutely freezing and no cheese on the chips the burger was rock hard rang and the guy on the phone said he could not understand English and had a full scale argument with me and I couldn’t get a replacement or my money back until tommorw absolutely shocking service

Was on holiday for a few days and ordered twice from here, they delivered to the holiday park we were staying in. Food was hot and you get plenty and tastes fantastic.

Ordered two kebabs with Shiah to take out. Half way home and found there was no shish kebab in either carton. Also missing one coke. The kebab was cold, flavourless and inedible. I’ve eaten many doner kebabs in my life but never anything like this. Horrible
i ask for no sauce as i don’t like a soggy wrap and i told them this was the case i then got a soggy wrap with sauce the woman on the phone didn’t not state that it came with coldsaw as i asked for no sauce and when opening it there was grease falling out of it

Never had such a disgusting takeaway. Cost £28 for two kebab and chips and a bottle of pop. Such a poor amount of meat, dry and the pitta was dry. Also forgot the pop which was promised to bring back and still waiting an hour later for. Do not recommend. Week later and still not received the pop or an apology but happy to tske the
