Recently visited here for my husbands birthday.Staff were friendly and very informative about the food and choices as this is a tapas bar with a difference. We ordered 2 each as recommended to start with, and ended up ordering another 2 dishes each, one included the gorgeous desserts. Our favourite dish wa stge chicken satay and the desserts.

If you like small plates then you’ll love this place. Stunning tapas, warm, friendly service and a chilled atmosphere. A truly five star venue.

Saturday evening with friends (make sure you book in advance)It’s not your usual tapas restaurant and it’s easy to see why - it’s always full when we go. The food is simply amazing, my personal fave is the steak, but the ‘special’ pheasant was fantastic as was the tartiflette. Great choice of drinks - cocktails, wine etc (although can’t wait for the guest ale pump to be utilised). The portions are not small, the four of us shared about 10/11 dishes.Probably our 3rd visit and this time we took friends who usually favour another excellent restaurant in Brid (Thai one) - and they were really really impressed.Coming back in Feb! This is truly an excellent eatery (and not stupidly priced)Only comment is the condensated windows, completely out of your control with the cold Jan weather, but if people could see in/ out they’d see what they are missing ?Vegetarian options: One of our friends is vegetarian and they couldn’t wait to go. Check out the menu online!

Always guaranteed a wonderful visit here, cannot praise the ladies here enough. Lovely warm welcome with a smile with a low key prompt and friendly service. Sipping away on a bottle of ice cold prosecco excitedly waiting the amazing food. The food is consistent and absolutely delicious. The idea of tapas Sunday lunch os a masterpiece and always book a visit to Brid around Manchot. Could not visit Brid without coming here.

Visited for Sunday lunch recently. We have been on many occasions for both lunch and evening dining, together and with friends, and once before for the Sunday lunch. The way they serve the Sunday lunch is a fabulous idea and gives you the ideal opportunity to share. The food is delicious and excellent value for money, due to the quality and presentation. The staff are accommodating and friendly and nothing seems too much trouble (served my coffee in a smaller cup when asked). Left feeling very satisfied (especially after the amazing banoffee cheesecake). Well done Manchot, we will definitely be returning.

We went for the new year but have been before. It was amazing. The food was out of this world. The service was second to none. The atmosphere was brilliant. We had Ben playing his electric fiddle and everyone was singing. The time flew. I have never seen anyone work as hard as the ladies that run this. ? ?

Me and my husband had a wonderful evening here for the first time. The food was superb, we tried a number of dishes, and puddings. The cocktails are some of the best, especially in Brid, and a great coffee to finish with! Lovely friendly staff who make you feel more than welcome and explain the menu really well. The setting is great too. It was a cold snowy evening but it was lovely and warm inside. We will definitely be returning soon to Tey out the lunch menu.

Small portions Big prices Nasty toilets Cheap tacky decor Windows misted / wet due to poor ventilation Over rated Otherwise ok although kitchen didn’t seem very big or clean when passed by door and a foreign female chef was talking loudly and swearing a lot - F me. F this. F that. Not nice
