Wow,how on earth has this place not been shut down,extremely poor food,The woman who served us,well if it was a man would have been put on her manky teeth backside,we even said,how do you put up with that,and the lads agreed she is a mouthy cow.Then it had the cheek to charge for a card payment.We will be in contact with the local health authorities regarding this place.

Moved into a new build house and gave them the address. Accused of making the address up as they couldn’t find it. Hung the phone up on my girlfriend and then myself when I rang back then wouldn’t take my calls. Rude staff need sacking no customer service skills at all. To be honest I have collect in store many times also. They change 50p to use card without even telling you and the staff always look scruffy. No uniform just sat around in dirty clothes. Half fried chips sat around in fryers and the place is just dirty. Don’t deserve any customers and have lost my custom now hope they go bankrupt.

I have many food intolerances and the lady behind the counter went out of her way to check packaging etc to make sure I didn't eat anything that was going to make me ill I was very impressed as some restaurants I gone to in the past haven't gone to these lengths, the shop was clean and the cooking area also looked clean and well organisedWheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs into the shop but no automatic doors
We sent clear delivery instructions, the delivery driver went to the wrong place. The reason for the bad review is the rude woman on the phone. She blamed it on us despite giving clear instructions and refused to send us our food, and hung the phone up on my girlfriend.

Disgusting customer service, we called to let them know that we didn't receive our full order, whilst my wife was on the phone she heard the girl on the phone call her a liar!!! Absolutely shocking customer service, why would we lie? To get a free kebab?? I know times are hard but wow, come on!! They then delivered the kebab with a 'peace offering' a free can of Pepsi, why would they do that if we were lying?? Maybe because they realised their mistake after the phone call. Also don't order their BOGOF pizzas on just eat, they won't honour it & tell you it's a just eat problem not theirs, they seem to blame everyone but themselves for mistakes, that's not how you treat a customer. Save yourself the insult of being called a liar & order somewhere else.
