simply terrible, the staff to me to fudge off because i have a weird order. simply disgusted, surely it should be a community for everyone. never going again!!!

Ordered the food, and then was told, via the app that it was out for delivery.. we are 5 minutes direct drive from the shop…so expected a 10-15 minutes wait, however, it arrived almost 40 minutes later, barely warm, undercooked (imo)pale fries, and the pizza box was crushed, when I opened the box, half of the topping was stuck to the box lid.Very disappointing we haven’t ordered since as at their price you expect far better..

Went into store last night. 29/10. Ordered hot n spicy. With extras of mushrooms cheese & bacon. I can’t really describe what we got it certainly wasn’t what we ordered. It was cold. Tasted like it had been warmed up slightly it was stale. The extras had not been added. I think they had an undelivered un collected pizza that they threw some Jalapeños on & palmed it off on us. I have to say I was a little suspicious when it was ready almost immediately. We just put it in the bin this morning, I was gonna take it back. I tried to call to complain No answer. I’ve tried again this morning No Answer. Never again I’ll put on Facebook to warn people simply appalling standard.

Just been in to order. Manager and 3 lads talking about how much they are hung over. They looked a mess and shouldnt even be working. Waited ages for even a hello.. Can i take your order but they chose to hide and ignore us. We just left very disappointed as to how dominos can treat people is behond me. I will email head office and you can explain yourselfs. By looking at other reviews you clearly dont care about locals either.

When the food comes it's great, just disappointing that it never comes. Almost every time I order they leave it until after the delivery time expires to let me know that they have no drivers, or that the oven is broken, etc. How is a takeaway like this meant to stay in business?

Ordered on app about 20 minutes in advance so it should be ready when we get there turned out to be 6 orders before that weren't being done quick enough obviously. It's not just that that has disappointed it's the poor attitude. All I got was there is nothing I can do about it not even that they will try to sort it out and that the pizza tracker time doesn't account for how many orders they have which it should being a big chain they are just disappointed with the experience and service. Don't think I will go again and wouldn't recommend to anyone service wise.

We called in to buy lunch. Two polite, friendly and kind young men where on duty. They could not have been more helpful, turning the music down so as not to overwhelm my son with autism. He takes extra time to process and conduct his order and purchase. The dark haired man supervising and serving was incredible, he was friendly and patient whilst my son took time to choose and pay. His assistant went to find an up to date paper menu to take away with us. They both chatted kindly speaking clearly to include my son. First class customer care and the pizza was excellent too. Thank you.
Ordered a home alone deal, my order took 3.5 hours to arrive and had been stuffed with chillis and jalapeños (that had not been ordered), Jalapeños INSIDE dough balls seemingly for no reason other than to tamper with my food.I have had a refund through head office but not a semblance of an apology, goes without saying - avoid any restaurant that thinks this is acceptable, especially if you have allergies.

Just wanted a bit of lunch today on our visit to Driffield. Ordered individual Pizza’s and chicken for Family of three to eat in.Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful, the restaurant was clean and tidy and the food was spot on.Would definitely visit again.

Absolutely fantastic if you want a pizza with about 40% of the promised toppings and customer service people who blame you for “accepting” it. Don’t risk it.

Had my first ever Domino's pizza last night and I was so disappointed that I don't think I will be having anotherOrdered a 50/50 pizza and both me and the wife found the tomato sauce on the pizza very acidic and the pizza was soggy..... Not for me sorryThe service was first class and your app is very good

Absolutely useless! You cannot pay by cash in store or via delivery. I won't be using them in the future. There are plenty of other decent takeaways in Driffield fortunately.
