Really great place for the area standards. Not a posh restaurant, but a really great, authentic looking Italian place. Service was amazing. One of the best I have ever had and food was delicious. If only I lived closer it would be one of my favourite places to eat.

Four of us popped in last weekend and were very impressed.Started off with complimentary tomato garlic bread which was nice and fresh.We each had different menu options and the food was really fresh and tasty.The place was very busy and they certainly cram you in.That said,not to the point you were on top of each other or eavesdropping on the next table.Service was fast and we all thoroughly enjoyed the evening.Waiting staff were attentive and the evening was finished off with complimentary shots.A lovely little gem hidden at the back of Howden.Thankyou for a great evening,we will be returning soon.

Only eatin the once BUT was lovely and definitely will be returning again. Good quality fresh food and very very tasty. It takes a lot for me to enjoy food.

Delicious food. All 13 plates empty testimony to the excellent food. Relaxing atmosphere. All staff were friendly, accommodating and bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. This was a prebooked annual family meal, originally for 17 when 4 had to cancel due to ill health last minute it wasn’t a problem. Every one ordered a variety of different dishes from pasta to pizza and fish and chicken mains. Every single dish was enjoyed. Would highly recommend

First time here. Gem of a find. Not posh or ultra modern, just a friendly, warm and inviting atmosphere. The food we ordered was exceptional. We both had Chicken a la crème. I have no idea what flavours were in the rice but it was absolutely delicious. Well worth a visit.

We were there for the first time. Best Italian food especially the hake since I was in Italy a few years ago. Service was fantastic only problem the music was a bit too loud. Am booking again

My wife and I went out for an impromptu meal, and walked into Luna on the off chance. The staff were very helpful, and found us a table. The service was at all times courteous, prompt and attentive. The food was absolutely outstanding, totally superb. The dessert and ice cream in particular were heavenly. The surroundings were very pleasant, and the service was faultless. I would have given this a solid five stars throughout, but for the portion sizes. My wife's portion was just adequate, and mine was very small. That was the only downside to an otherwise perfect meal.
