Great cocktails over priced though my steak was cold and had gristle through it. Didn't complain as it was my brothers birthday meal. I've had better steaks for less. I would of minded the price if you get fantastic service and food.

I ordered the chicken ceaser salad. The salad came with zero salad dressing, like anywhere. I asked the staff for salad dressing for my salad and was "informed" by the manager that the ceaser salad doesn't come with dressing ?. Apparently when you order a ceaser salad with chicken you get lettuce and a chicken breast? I asked for salad dressing to go with my salad. Manager looked annoyed and brought me some vinaigrette something. I told him I would prefer cesear salad dressing. Viola! He came back with cesear salad dressing. Not sure why they keep cesear salad dressing in stock if they don't serve it with the salad despite having the description of the salad on the menu as coming with cesear salad dressing. I eat at Bentley's smokehouse often and usually order the chicken ceaser salad which always comes with dressing. I love Bentley's smokehouse, will not go back to Bentley's steakhouse. The managers attitude was horrible. Yes I know it's owned by the same family. I guess the moral of my story is, go to the smokehouse and not the steakhouse.

A restaurant with an American theme, and a splendid playlist of singles to take you down memory laneI thought my calamari starter was excellent, but my main of chargrilled chicken although substantial, was a little disappointing as I thought the chicken was dry.No problem with the service, everybody friendly and attentive,Worth going to again, but maybe chose a different main.

OMG, best eatery in East Sussex.My wife’s fussy of where to eat, she loves this place as I do. We come over on the train from Eastbourne and always have a fab night out. Value for money, best quality of food & service. End of !!

My husband and I LOVE this place, always spot on and service is amazing.You do need to bring back the little pots of sweets as we was alittle disappointed you stopped doing it.Also just a quick thank you for being accommodating to our baby with heating his food.Thank you
