Appaling Pizza from Pappa Johns, Sea Rd Bexhill. 29/10/23We have used Domonos for the last 15 years in Bexhill without any issuie at all, unfortunatly tried Pappa Johns!What a complete waste of money, also a lot to be said for the hygiene!I ordered a Hawaiian stuff crust, plus chicken wings! for collection.On arrivial, the female member of staff was handling a pizza dough, she then picked up card machine, sorted out tranaction with my credit card, picked up the boxs, handed the Pizza, chicken wings over the counter, immediatly returning to handling the dough! no thought of washing, or even wiping her hands.On arrivail at home, open the chicken wings to hunt the chicken! I have seen more meat on a sparrows leg! As far as the Pizza is concerned, foul! the appearance was no better, it looked like minced tin dog food!, with 7 shreds of pinapple scattered around the top, the edge stuff crust was partly hollow! nothing but a cavility filled with air!. Although looks alone was very off putting, upon tasting had no taste at all, really brand, foul.I immedialy called the store, informed manager not on site, requested to send email, photos, as manager not in until Monday. II sent email with varoius photos, gave it until 19.00 Monday then phoned, the manager informed me he had been busy, hence had no chance to look at emails! I then took the time to explain! it was obviuous the manager was not listening, as he offered a credit of a free pizza! I explained it was the worse pizza I had ever seen, tasted, requested a refund in full. The manager stated he could not authorise, but would get head office to do with 48 hours, again phoned 2 days later, informed manager not on site, phone tomorrow! (although relayed my contact details again, manager did not return any calls!) Finally spoke to manager who assured me head office was dealing with the refund in full. I clearly stated if the matter was not sorted out with 7 days I would place a review of the complete saga, report to head office, manager replied thats up to you. It is now the 19th November, 20 days sinse purchase, still no contact from head office or refund.I have informed Dominos Pizza Bexhill of my mistake of using Pappa Johns of Bexhill, I have no issue in writing a review for Dominos accordingly, warning all non dog food pizza eaters to avoid Pappa Johns at all costs! DO NOT USE!Suggest if you are not a lover of minced dog food, sparrow legs as chicken wings DO NOT USE PAPPA JOHNS, Pizzs Foul, Bones for Chickemn Wings, un hygienic staff, a manager who has no contact with head office. Could have very easily caught food poisoning through cross contamination! and that was in front of customers! One can only wonder what is goiung on behind the counter!Pappa Johns does not warrent a 1 star, but in fact minus 10!

Pizza arrived without order and paid for ingredients, after call they sent another pizza which took them more than an hour, additional to the previous wait for the wrong pizza. The second pizza arrived in non edible state... Awful waste of both money and food... Shameful really

Placed an order on just eat. Waited 1h 30 min so called up to see where my pizza was and got oh we are not doing that order then cancelled it after 1h 30 min. No sorry no nothing. I had 2 hungry kids at home absolute joke of a company.

Awful dominos branch. Every. Single. Time.I order from this branch they get something wrong. Calling the branch is literally like calling a store ran by kids. It seems every person I speak to cannot put a sentence together to save their life and has no customer service training or experience!.This experience- trust me I got others, but this is the most recent, and the last time.An item was unavailable that I had ordered through the app. so I get a call from this guy in branch, who mumbles this to me over the phone. Obviously not thinking..you know the customer has paid for these items. So I enquired what about my money... oh...uh...yeah we'll put something extra.Order arrives. Yeah nothing extra. So im nearly £10 out on an order which was over £50 i might add. Not impressed. Is it actually that hard?Had to call branch, wasting more of my time for a simple issue. Give this guy his due, He could string a sentence together.He had to go speak to store manager twice. Finally, oh yeah we'll send you something.Nice of the manager to at least apologise for doing their job badly you know.Half hour later... Finally. Not the actual value of what they ow'd me. No mention what so ever of a refund at any point I noticed!?? Which surely would of been a quicker more efficent option.. Still their delivery driver had to drive 10 mins to deliver 1 side.. soooo Real cost effective eh dominos.So in conclusion, you telling me dominos is too gready to give refunds of just under £10 after i just spent over £50 on their overpriced bread?.Last straw for me. I'm not ordering from dominos again.Last point i just got to say. £2.49 for delivery too??????!!!! How can you justify that!! My local kebab doesn't charge for delivery and lots of other places don't! So what's domino's lame excuse for that?! apart from clearly just ripping off their customers even more !!

Placed order at 6.15 didnt arrive until 7.20, at the time of the order explained the address postcode and was told he had found it, only to get a call 50 min later that driver was in totally the wrong place and was 10 min away 25 min later the driver turned up ... said the pizza was still hot ! Nope it was not by this time i have 2 hungry children and 2 hungry adults. I then called Dominos to complain and he said give it back to the driver who had already left and they will send it back out when it gets returned ... so he would like me to wait another hour to eat ? No refund just a kind of its our fault even to say it was the address we gave him... would strongly recommend use another pizza company and should have read the previous reviews....

I ordered pizza today. Driver left dominos 19.17 and received a text. After 25 minutes still no delivery. When I rang dominos I found out there was a problem. After 50 minutes received my pizza. I was starving. Guess what It was really cold. I had no choice. Couldn’t return it. It was horribly cold.

Disgusted! The rudest scummiests service ever! If you order and call with an issue please expect the worst customer service you'll ever receive! 11.08 22 @ 11pm whatever kind of creature that was on the phone lines at this time was awful. Kept putting the phone down on us and had to been one of the rudest people I've unfortunately ever encountered. Stay away!
