I have used Rother Grill for years, never a problem, food always good.The problem. I've always paid by CARD, online, but they have now removed this payment option to cash only.When I phoned them up to place the order over the phone, they will no longer take card payment over the phone either.The chap I talked to said the boss has removed these options. I said, it's probably tax avoidance.Either way, I will not be using them again, as I will not be restricted either way as to the payment method.

Food arrived cold, called up and they said they would redeliver, I told them not to worry about one of the portion of chips as my son would eat them cold or hot, they redelivered, missing the main items, by this point all the kebabs had been sent back.They only sent the chips!Guy on the phone shouted at me for messing up their delivery and said he wouldn’t deliver to us again!Rude, and unprofessional.

Unfortunately I have to go to there as my daughter love kebabs, You pay so much money and the meat they put in kebab its so very litle. Most of the staff are lovely. Very polite .

Ordered through just eat to be delivered! Order was a large!!!! combi kebab, £13 + 0.50 charge + delivery =£15.50. Once opened it was a small!!!! Combi kebab, i complained to just eat by email & they replied, they had "alledgidly" !!looked into it, & based on their info! Could not compensate or refund! Sorry i wdnt complain about nothing! Iv used this kebab shop many a time so did my dad & has always been proper!!! Until tonight!!!! Disgusting rip off pay for large you get a small! Shouldn't be allowed to get away with it!!! Never again!!!

The food is good but way to expensive, what is crazy the fact that the hummus is £4 when its store bought. The workers are really nice however and provide a good Ambiance when I go there.

Large portion size, good value for money, only bad thing I could say is I personally don't like thick/chunky donner meat, aslo this was slightly underdone. I had the mixed Grill, the rest of the food was tasty and filling.
Fantastic chicken kebab with amazing sauce. Good sized portion too. Friend bunch of staff. Eating area looked clean.

Stick to phone orders as I've ordered online before and sauces salt and vinegar etc get forgotten. Also food is much improved compared to last time.

The food was cold and soggy. The chips were cold and hard. The delivery driver who pulled up in her car was very rude and abrupt. I have never had such a horrible encounter with somebody delivering my food. I felt she lacks customer care and is very lazy by how she talks … there was like a weird smell of cat when she arrived and where my daughter is severely allergic to cats she couldn’t eat her food in fear of having an allergic reaction

Banging burgers, scrummy cheesy chips, kebabs are on point and the sauces taste like they supposed to. Home delivery orders arrive on time, hot and the don't forget things :) all delivered by friendly staff :)
