The best decision my friend and I made when we were finding a place to eat in Brighton. The food was fresh and delicious .The rice was so tasty,the fish was well cooked and the beef tomato sauce I had reminded me so much of home meals back in Ghana.The staff were very kind,patient and friendly. Visited again 22nd and 23rd of December. Delicious food with a really good selection of vegetarian / vegan dishes. Butter bean and feta dishes were full of flavour. The Ravani dessert was delicious. Will definitely visit again, when we are next in Brighton.

We were celebrating 47 years of being together and we love Greece so decided to book the Adelfia for our special night, we weren't disappointed the food was incredible, the staff were so lovely even taken the time to talk to us about our past trips to Crete. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely my favourite place to eat out in Brighton. I love Greek food and this little gem of a place doesn't disappoint. Run by two brothers who are actually Greek, there is an authenticity to this restaurant that you just don't get in a lot of other places. I have eaten at adelfia on several occasions now and every time has been fantastic. As someone with allergies to gluten, eggs and dairy it's great to be able to go somewhere and still have choice. Dre, who runs the front of house, and yani, who runs the kitchen, communicate so well with each other to ensure that I always have a fantastic meal with nothing in it that will cause me problems On top of this, the place is spotless, the atmosphere is amazing and all the staff are super friendly and polite. There's really nothing not to love. If you get a chance to try this place, do. You won't be disappointed!

Restaurant is beautiful, close to the seafront, really friendly staff with good recommendations! Food is fabulous, huge portions, authentic and so tasty! Would recommend anyone visiting Brighton to visit Adelfia, you will not regret it. I'd drive back just for dinner!
We had been advised how nice the food was at this restaurant so booked for lunch. Very friendly, home cooked dishes. Really enjoyed ourselves and relaxed into a long lunch. Great food.

Me and the mrs had a last minute craving for some kleftico so headed down to Adelfia about hearing roaring reviews from friends. Opened the front door and was instantly met with open arms from the staff. Was made to feel comfortable from the moment we got there. Some olives and hummus to start, came out quickly and got the tastebuds started on their Mediterranean adventure. The other half decided to go for the salmon kebab which she said tasted unreal. The Kleftico melted in the mouth and was the perfect portion size. Didn’t have a desert but saw a few come out and they looked lovely. Will definitely be back and look forward to trying the deserts! Service - 5/5 Food - 5/5
