Rob at the Brighton branch saved the day!! After having a 2nd really poor experience from the Crawley branch I thought my daughter would have to go without the unicorn cookie she really wanted. I called Rob at Brighton and it was a totally different experience and nothing I said was too much. A real life saver and one happy customer
