Doors are supposed to close at midnight, and sometimes that is true, but often times they close at 21:00, 21:30, 22:00, 23:00 and reopen any time between 06:00 to 06:45 in the morning. Total randomness. And besides that, just like the sister petrol stations in Pyecombe and Hove they are the only ones I've ever seen that will refuse to serve customers a bottle of water or a bag of crisps at night, the "tonight" on that sign is a lie ?

I never had a problem with BP before with 15 years' use. This morning at about 8:30 when I added petrol at lane 8, the hose connection was leaking with a stream of petrol. I felt shocked. I quickly stopped and I saw there is a crack near the connection. I fastened it a bit, and tried again; it still leaked, but a bit less. So, I changed to another lane. I reported this to the staff onsite. They kept saying it was just a few drops. It is NOT. They insisted I should pay in full. I said I am not going to pay the petrol on the ground. They KINDLY offered 50 p off. Thanks for your generousness! At the broken hose lane, I only pressed the nozzle for about 3 seconds in total; the charge was £6.92. I am not convinced with this charge. I could not feel any kindness of your staff except cold faces.

There’s never ever tissues or gloves by the pumps. The forecourt is always dirty!The employees are fat, lazy b*ms who are there bc it’s a ‘job’…The toilet is always ‘out of order’ I just go inside regardless - there’s nothing wrong with it, the staff just doesn’t want to clean it and stock it up bc they’re lazy, that’s all!

For 3 weeks the toilet is out of orderI’m going to put eveday petrol and every day is out of order the toilet I ask the staff and he sart to laugh and said “was working yesterday “ .the stuff didn’t want to leave customers to use the toilet

Have been in a couple of times now and asked for the 5p a litre off offer which requires you to buy 2 items from the shop,been told the shop is closed so I can't get the 5p a litre off. In the meantime I've already bought a full tank of diesel. Is this a scam??Also,the staff are all rude and look miserable doing their job.The toilets are now always closed-will probably use covid as an excuse!

Two very rude female members of staff serving behind the counter tonight . One white chavvy looking and a shorter one wearing a green head scarf. Think their P45's are well over due.
This Store is NOT 24 hours. This is the 2nd time I’ve driven over to be told by the staff member inside that they won’t open till 6am.

If you are a motorcyclist they now require you to go inside and leave your personal property on the counter before they let you fill up with petrol because you are a potential thief..
