If there was a review level lower then terrible I would give it that. They refused to give us a cup of tap water even though we ordered food. The staff were rude and no help. Security were terrible. The food was mid. The lad with dark long her was lovely that was working at 1:50 on Saturday. Absolutely no redeeming qualities.

arrive to 1 family inside already so not busy at all but somehow manage to serve cold food and wrong drinks when i told staff about my whopper etc being cold i got was it freshly made i said it was not as its cold they then said they would make another with a huge attitude and i ask the till person was that the manager he raised his eyebrows and said yes unfortunatly i then asked for the managers name and i was refused it by 3 members of staff and the manager refused to provide her name and just walked away and picked a radio thing up really dont know how she is a manager the reviews for this locations speak for themselves cold food rude staff avoid like you would covid after seeing the picture below yes Fauzia is utterly rude over here-self serving cold food and agree with everything the previous family have reviewed

We visited with our kids who were hungry on 26th August 2023. We started to order due to it being busy and it seemed there was a trainee staff who was serving us. We started to place our order during the time we were using your Burger King app to avail the latest discounts on the Vegan Royal. We were ordering 4 of them and also cheese bites. Due to the trainee staff not able to do it then, the more senior member of staff started to help. When we were placing the order we asked why we have to place separate orders instead of put through as a one order, we were not aware of the process due to in London and Leeds we place one order instead of a separate payment. I am not sure what time of mood she was in that she refused to serve us even through we did advised we have kids and we just wanted to know why, she was saying we are difficult customer and raising voice which we didn’t, even my wife mentioned to her that’s it not the case, we wanted to know the reason only. She was reduced to serving. During that time she left inside, took her name badge out and came back to the floor mentioning that she will not serve us. At the same time all the members of the staff took the name badges out and refused to give the name of the person in charge but later one gave her name out FAUZIA. All staff members said they cannot serve because she is incharge and we cannot serve and neither allowed to give the name out, even the security guards came over aggressively and then calmed down knowing the situation it was a miss understanding from the staff and asked them the manager to serve but still adamant about it, did not served and we have to leave with hungry kids which was showing that staff and manager didn’t cared, dress code etc was not followed, badge was not on and you can see the aggressive behavior and expression on her face from the image.

Ordered my food on one of the machines and it was ready in seconds, I did say to the guy "that was quick" he didn't respond at all. I got to my table and as I thought my fries were stone cold. It is quite a cool spot though and clean.

Large Burger King restaurant located down on the seafront. Plenty of seating. They have self ordering machines here but was unable to use an offer I had on my phone and so had to order at the till. First member of staff who served me was confused and walked away... thankfully her colleague stepped in right away and was polite and took my order with no fuss.

The manager is extremely rude. I asked about my missing order, and she said it was my problem to fix it as they hadn't received my order.Of course, they did have my order in the system and I received it after making the manager do her job.All the 5-star reviews seem to be from the employees' friends and family...

Horrible place for family, the manager working there name Fawzia was very very rude. It was our first time coming to Brighton and visiting Burger King as the my 6 and 8 year old brother and sister were very excited to try the food. But it was ruined by the manager, she had very poor communication skill as she started yelling and told us she’s calling security. It was all because we brought our own drinks and we were waiting for kids to finish their food. Dad doesn’t speak much English so he jokingly said, we are all Asian and just because of that she started bursting and threatening to call the security. Very disappointed with service, we have been to many burger kings but this surely is the worse one we’ve been to. Before we left, I mentioned you’re the manager you should be mitigating and try to calm the situation instead of shouting. she ignored and said don’t tell me what job is! I’m the manager! Very unprofessional for someone on that position. We are never visiting again.

Very disappointed with their services, firstly they need to open their washrooms for everyone not only for their customers as i seen people suffering and another thing they were rude, don’t know how to greet the customer. Me and my friends had bad experience. Not worth it.

Service was awful. Gave small fries, and called them large...really? ?Stuffed a drinks cup on the counter, and said, "...machines over there...". What if that was an elderly person who didn't have a clue how to use the machine...is that how you would treat them?Absolutely awful.....I will never go back to that branch.....not even for a glass of water ???

Don't bother, go to the other one near boots on the high street. The food was awful, large portion of fries was tiny and they have a policy of not giving out receipts. Food took ages yet tasted like it had been hanging about and drinks tasted waters down yet asked for no ice. V strange experience.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice outdoor area overlooking beach.
