We had the set menu and it was phenomenal, one of the best and most interesting meals I’ve had for a long long time. I’m not a veggie but the veg dishes were incredible.

We visited for a lunch with friends. The food was absolutely delicious, a wonderful combination of interesting flavours, certainly not something you could produce at home! The restaurant was very busy, but this simply created a delightful, lively ambiance. Our waiter, John, was attentive and friendly but managed to avoid an annoying over familiarity. All in all, a lovely experience, we will be back.

I need to move closer to Brighton so I can visit more! Back for the 4th time. Nothing too much trouble for the staff and food to die for. My favourite restaurant ever! Never disappoints. Keep it up Burnt Orange.

The staff were outstanding and the food was exceptional. Chef is an artist. Their small plates were perfect, not over priced. Every dish has a distinct palate. Going to recommend to everyone!

The most perfect food! We had the experience menu (plus a few extras) and we couldn't fault a single thing! It was a great way to try foods that we'd never pick off of a menu and each one bought a unique, delicious surprise. The whole atmosphere was so lovely, welcoming, warm - the whole vibe was just on point! Special shout out to Joanna, our waitress who went above and beyond and her customer service was beautiful. Thank you so much for such a wonderful evening of food and laughs, we couldn't think of a better way to treat our mum for her birthday! ??

Our two son's treated us to a meal here as part of our Christmas present. They had been before and highly praised it. We had a fantastic experience. The food was so tasty. A real sensory treat. We went for the "try everything" menu. I can't remember what it is actually called. Every dish was so good and beautifully presented. I would describe the food as a Mediterranean/N. African/middle eastern fusion. The ambience was cosy but intimate and buzzing at the same time. I loved being able to watch the chefs at work. Our waiter was lovely. The food arrived piping hot and quickly. We had a memorable, fun evening. Would definitely recommend but make sure you book in advance. Love the name "Burnt Orange" too.

This is an excellent restaurant. We dined here on sunday evening to celebrate my birthday, with my wife. Great date night place I’d say. From entering to leaving, all of the staff are wonderful. Friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was delicious. We shared a bunch of small plates. Each with unique taste and style. I particularly liked the miso aubergine, and chocolate tart. The ambiance is a pleasure. Quiet enough to talk, but enough buzz in the room. Lights lowered in the evening. Overall, I’d recommend and look forward to my next visit when in Brighton.

First time visiting Brighton and found a fantastic place to eat, with excellent service and lovely cocktails - they were even able to cater for my partners gluten and dairy dietary requirements easily with their delicious menu. Would highly recommend to anyone and hope to visit again!!

An unexpectedly enjoyable night...sat at the counter and got to experience the bar, kitchen and general running of the restaurant..... Awesome....not a word I would use that often but represents the night we had. Excellent attention to detail, brilliant flavours in the different dishes and cocktails and most importantly the staff were outstanding. John looked after us throughout and added that personal attention to detail that made a difference...well done to him, the guys serving up at the pass, the guys at the bar and everyone serving. Well worth a repeat visit. Thank you

From the moment we entered Burnt Orange we were so well looked after , the service was faultless. We had a sharing menu and it was all delicious, best calamari I have had for ages . What a superb restaurant, chef and lovely waitress .
