It is such a shame. Despite the quality of the food being very good. The male manager has a terrible ATTITUDE. There has been 2 occasions where my friend and I frequented the restaurant. In December when my friend and I arrived. The music was blaring. It was an equivalent of being in a disco. When my friend and I politely asked if he could reduce the sound. He adamantly said no. With absolutely no consideration for his customers. We gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt yesterday. But unfortunately the music was louder than before. Also the front door was wide open. Which was fixed. When I asked the male manager with the terrible ATTITUDE he declined. The female assistant was happy to reduce the sound of the music. But a moment later the male manager increased the sound considerably louder than before. It was though he wanted to antagonise my friend and I. Or even provoke. I have never experienced a restaurant manager with such an APPALLING ATTITUDE. Somebody should educate this ignorant man and tell him. That a well known policy and philosophy in this country. Is that the customer is always right. As well as being treated with good manners and respect. But not utter CONTEMPT. Also he was prepared for my friend and I to freeze. With the front door remaining open and making no attempt to close. Bearing in mind it was BITTERLY COLD outside. I was absolutely DISGUSTED by this male managers behaviour.

Pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food wasn't half bad at all and there was a good amount to choose from. The staff regularly topped up and refreshed things.Kid-friendliness: It was very relaxed...kids able to go and load their plates. Lots of kids friendly food options

Great little place... Food was replaced as soon as it was finished.The food was great and tasty. My teenage kids loved it.
The salad bar is my favorite. I appreciate the wide selection of vegetables with several sauces to choose from. I also recommend the pizzas; there are eight varieties to choose from, and they are delicious. Drinks and desserts are not included in the price and need to be purchased separately.Very kind, friendly service.

The pizza looks great in the window but doesn’t have much flavour. The other offerings aren’t bad….they just aren’t great. The staff are really welcoming. But watch out for the overpriced coke cola. Overall, I was disappointed and wouldn’t visit again..

Honestly for the price of £10 per person (we got a discount at the door that night, usually its £12) all you can eat unlimited food for as long you want, it's a pretty good deal for your money's worth. The taste of the hot foods and pizza isn't great, but it's good for what it's worth, and the salad bar/selection of veggies was my fave. The inside is a p standard deco, nothing too crazy, but my main highlight was the service, the 2 servers working that night (1 woman with black/brown hair and 1 man with black hair and a beard) both went above and beyond, answered any of our queries and often asked us if we wanted or needed anything and reassured us we should feel comfortable to be able to ask for whatever. They are the reason this place is 5 stars in my opinion. My partner is not a big fan of buffets so they won't be coming back, but I definitely am and will bring a friend next time.
