“Lovely little restaurant, with fishbowl kitchen. We had veggie gyoza and cabbage salad for starters, then I had the biang biang noodles, my friend had the hot and dry noodles, both vegan, from their extensive vegan menu. All dishes were excellent, and prices reasonable.”

“The meal was different to a normal sechuan dish in that it was not a hot sweet and sour dish and although the service was slow, the staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable on their dishes. The Singapore Kuay Teow flat noodles were very tasty and I think they could do the Malaysian Kuay Teow dish very well. I think other people do not give them credit for what they do. The cook is Chinese and probably from Sechuan and they do not know really how to make a chicken curry or a Thai curry. Or even a sweet and sour dish the way English people like it. They make it the proper way......the way the Chinese would make it and not necessary the way a person from that part of china would make it or a Thai would make it.”
“Only went following TripAdvisor reviews. Thank you reviewers. We only saw eastern asian people in here both when we booked and when we returned. The waiter was great. Asked if we wanted spicy or sweet, plus several other questions before advising us. We had a spicy beef broth with home made noodles with a twice cooked pork in sou sauce and a beef curry. Absolutely amazing food. Great service and I would love to go there regularly. Shame it's too far from home. Plenty to eat, left absolutely nothing and a bill of £40 all inc. Top spot.”

“I brought my son and daughter for dinner this evening. My daughter has just moved to Brighton my son was visiting from London, we had not eaten here before but over the last few evenings had noticed the restaurant was always full. What a warm welcome we received. The food was really delicious, so full of flavour. We will definitely return. The music was great too! I would highly recommend.”
“As you enter this very typical Chinese style restaurant you go upstairs to be seated and greeted by two ladies who inform you that there are two menus. One, Chinese for the western taste and the other Chinese food for Chinese people. It appears to be frequented by many Chinese people too!The first menu has the standard fare of most Chinese restaurants - sweet and sours etc. The second has a whole range of different dishes. We went as a party of five; two had the standard English Chinese type menu and three of us had the Chinese style. Apparently - slightly more expensive but bigger portions. We asked for recommendations and ended up with a tofu and beef dish, an aubergine dish and a quite hot chilli and cumin lamb dish plus an egg fried rice. There was plenty to eat and they were all very good but the aubergine dish came in a sweet and dark sauce and was absolutely delicious. What a find. Two of us had a beer and one had jasmine tea and we paid about £10 each. I left full and very happy and my wife can't wait to go back to try some more of that different menu.”

“If you're in the mood for some delicious Hong Kong style cuisine, I recommend dining at China Garden, which is located across the street from i360. They have a huge menu and great dim sum choices if you're there for lunch. The restaurant is very popular so you might have to make reservations for weekend dining. Kung pao shrimp, fried beef noodles and bbq pork are definitely worth trying.”
