“I have loved this place since the first time we went about a year ago now, replacing my previous favourite, the Dandelyan in London (RIP, now the Lyaness ). The seasonal cocktails are always a standout success and I can’t wait for the lavender to be back in season ( the lemon balm and elderflower were great too though). The commitment to sustainability is admirable and appreciated the bar staff explaining how some of the ingredients were made.”

“Myself and my friend came here on a Thursday most places wasn't open so we found ourselves drawn here. and we wanted to come in because of the music, the bar staff were attentive amazing cocktails, fun even on a Thursday, only thing I could have suggested on a Thursday especially if it's not busy and a bar crawl comes in, to maybe open the top to the public also as it's more of a vibe with more people, rather than limiting where people can be. Would have probably spent more had more drinks and that's all I can suggest, other than that Brighton be at one was amazing, also birthday cocktail was well worth a try ?”

“Brilliant vegan food iinspired by fusion of cultures and true innovation. Food was exquisite from starters, mains and desserts. Their special menu was a powerful vegan roast with a rich and dark gravy which tasted a bit like mushroom and miso, but that is only a guess! The waiter was most helpful in gently directing us to this wonderful special. From the main menu we have a taster platter and each dish was amazing.Definitely going back.”
