Billy's welcome makes you feel you are the one he has been waiting to see all week, whether you are a returning diner, or it is your first visit, his welcome is as broad as his smile. Once inside and seated, you are in for a treat. The most wonderful, authentic Italian food, they cheat by using the best ingredients, so, of course, the food on your plate is the best. Not only does it taste good, but the presentation is wonderful, a painting on your plate, what else would one expect from the home of Michelangelo and Caravaggio? Lovely wines, lovely puddings and, being a proper Italian restaurant, they keep a bottle of Strega to perfectly close the meal. Well done Billy and your great team, thank-you for bringing a slice of Heaven to Hove (actually).

Our experience was fantastic from the start (greeted by the owner by the booking name), gorgeous piping hot food at a very reasonable price. The restaurant was buzzing, every customer was smiling/ laughing and enjoying their dining experience. The best customer service we’ve found anywhere. We were a party of 4 ladies each celebrating something on Saturday evening and had the most wonderful evening. Thank you

Great spot, the food was excellent without long wait times. Staff were very welcoming, one of the waitors (Billy) remembered me from my phone call and made the experience really enjoyable. Great vibes, definitely recommend!

So fed up with restaurants in Brighton trying to be something they are not or fusion dishes which results in confusion. This truly is a traditional Italian restaurant but my goodness done so well. The menu has all the usual dishes but with the freshest ingredients. Homemade soups, beautiful salads and tasty pasta. All created with care and love. My group were all new to the restaurant but welcomed like friends. Very friendly staff and service but also professional enough to allow you your space with your family. Loved it here and will highly recommend. Fully deserve every bit of success and praise.
What a delight!! We chose to give this restaurant a go after reading Reviews on this site. We were not disappointed, we were treated so very warmly on a cold and wet night by Billy … The home made soup was a delight, the pasta was cooked to perfection with wonderful sauces. Wine list was a little light but we enjoyed a good Gavi and a pleasant red. Could do with a few different Gins to choose from , but a small point. A super meal, the most excellent and attentive, but not intrusive service… and a really decent price , especially taking into account the excellent quality of the food and cookery skills on display. We look forward to returning in the future.

Fantastic family run restaurant , Wonderful food to die for . But best of all is the service and atmosphere . Every dish from Starters to dessert was wonderful. I gone to Naples a lot over the years and if you want authentic Italian food and hospitality come to this restaurant .
