Food & drinks good as always but the blonde barista unnecessarily rude and grumpy tone ruined atmosphere and made me feel bad. Didn’t feel like a very welcoming environment. Felt a bit singled out as I saw her smiling and being pleasant with other customers. Such a shame cos I love a costa.

Simone is the biggest asset to your company, so lovely and polite and kind and after 3/4 times coming in she remembered my drink! Every morning she welcomes everyone with a huge smile and makes a fantastic caramel latte with coconut milk and an extra shot. Best costa in
