Chose happy family for our New Years Eve feast and was not disappointed! Perfect chicken balls, delicious ious crispy beef, amazing lemon chicken... probably tye best Chinese takeaway I have ever had.

Just bought chicken fried rice and special fried rice, both meals was just boiled rice dumped in with rubbery meat, chips was burnt and frozen and paid £20 for this rubbish. Best thing you can do is avoid this place the food is vile

We order from here quite a lot of time good food However just recently they’ve messed our orders up, or taken double money (ordered from website) - we did receive a partial refund for this.\\n\\nOrdered today and decided to pay cash as our problems with ordering online before… time went on and we still did not have our food, rang up to be told 30mins - 1 hour wait even though we have already waited 2hours.\\n\\nWill not be ordering from here again due too the problems we’ve received with them.\\n\\nSeems like there always having problems with phone connections and there online system.

The food is fantastic.\\n\\nJust a shame that the service is utterly appalling.\\n\\nOrdered a takeaway on Christmas Eve at 17.25pm and its now 20:50 and we STILL don't have anything.\\n\\nGetting fobbed off is bever a good thing and thats all they did - \\\"It'll be there by 20.30....\\\" \\\"We're just waiting on a dish so another 15 minutes....\\\"\\n\\nIf this was an isolated incident, I'd let it slide, but it isn't.\\n\\nLast time I ordered via their website, which crashed. So ordered again and paid online. When the order turned up, it was double what we ordered and on checking, they'd taken double the amount even though the amount I 'paid'was correct, otherwise I would have questioned it BEFORE paying.\\n\\nWhen I spoke to the manager he was less than helpful and tried to say that he'd only refund the chefs time, but not the ingredients as the food was delivered. When I explained the error, I was told \\\"Well you can just eat it tomorrow.....\\\"\\n\\nAs I said, great food let down by really poor customer service.

Decided to try a new Chinese for takeaway and came across this place. With it's great reviews and as someone with a nut allergy, it was encouraging to see the menu labelled the dishes that had nuts in and also mentioned to telephone to discuss any allergies further. Upon ringing the person answering asked for my post code to which I told them I hadn't actually ordered yet and just wanted some allergy information. I was then told that none of the dishes contain nuts, so I said I could clearly see a few things on the menu that did such as satay. I was told again 'no nuts, just cashew' so I said I couldn't eat cashew or nuts. He then proceeded to hand me over to someone else and shout in the background 'nut person on the phone' which seemed a bit insensitive. I went through my order with the second person and they asked me why I hadn't ordered yet to which I said I needed to know if there was nuts in before placing an order, as it doesn't seem logical to order without knowing the food was safe. He then told me there was no nuts but I didn't feel very convinced. I was then asked if I would going to order. I needed time to think about it, so I told them I may ring back. A few minutes later they rang back but I didn't answer as this felt quite pushy and then I got a call from an unknown mobile number which my partner answered. It was the second person from the takeaway, he once again questioned why we hadn't ordered and my partner told them that we hadn't felt confident enough to order with them to which he replied 'well you are talking to me now'. My partner told them 'no thank you, goodbye'. This felt a bit creepy and harassing. It sounds like your staff need better training in allergies and to work on your customer service.

Unfortunately this restaurant cannot be trusted with providing true vegetarian/vegan dishes. I once gave them the benefit of the doubt when ordering their Sea Spicy Aubergine Vegetarian which I got with pieces of pork in. The second time the same thing happened. I suspect that they mix the leftovers or don't separate out the vegetarian and meat portions, or worse still, that they use the same frying pan without cleaning. The pieces of meat were very crispy like they had been fried a few times. Truly disgusting. Do not trust this place with your vegetarian food

I cannot talk highly enough of this place. The food was fantastic. My in laws stated it was the best Chinese food they had ever eaten anywhere. We had 7 different dishes and all were brilliant. Duck and chicken dishes were so full of tender meat. The large spring roll starters are the size of a log and a meal on their own. Satay bean under dish was massive and great as well. Massive menu including Thai food as well.

I had a chicken shezwan, all the chicken lumps seemed jelly-like, but not in an undercooked way. From Friday to Tuesday, very upset tummy, but have lost a bit of weight :) Never going back. Delivery took 1hr 15mins

Greasy, not a lot of flavour, Moody on the phone and at pickup. The satay was ok but wasn't impressed with the rice nor curry.

Been going here recently as my usual doesnt take card, and its easier for me to pay. The staff are easy to talk too, and polite. And the food always seems fresh. Although i would check your beef is cooked as mine was as raw as it comes, i called to say so...an the lady was adimant it was cooked. So i know now to check, or not to order that again. Cant fault anything else ...

Having clearly ordered a dim sum starter, we were delivered a completely different dish along with what could only be described a a few soy soaked noodles which tasted of burnt wok. The lady then refused to deliver us the correct dish which I had clearly ordered online and was rude and unhelpful. Most of the meal was hitting the toilet pan before bedtime in one form or another. Absolutely disgusting food and a complete rip off. Do not use at all costs, would rather eat a seagull.
