Came here for a spot of lunch with some friends and had a lovely meal. The Calamari starter was fresh as you like and the main dish number 47 was unreal. Lovely interior and vibes made it a lovely lunch, would definitely come back for some dinner.

We have been to Ephesus many times since moving to Brighton! Everytime, it is always fantastic! Very tasty food and excellent value. Staff are always lovely. 100% would recommend!

Had a nice meal here this week. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Restaurant was half full when we got there and a few more arrived after us. Ordered and starters were brought out almost immediately. Plates hadn’t been cleared and mains were brought to us. We sat down and had finished our meal in under 45 minutes so it all felt a bit rushed. Food itself was very tasty and piping hot. Would highly recommend the lamb ribs which were really nice and full of flavour. Four American flight crew at the table next to us were so loud it didn’t make for a relaxing evening. Mind you we learned lots about drag bars, alcohol consumption and a pet dog.

Rocked up in late afternoon early evening and they were happy to let me in without a booking, even placed me next to the kitchen window (very cosy after freezing myself by the sea front!). I ordered a starter of the whitebait, lambs liver, and topped it off with a honey cake. They gave me some bread and dips as well whilst I waited for the whitebait too. Sitting by the kitchen it was fascinating to watch the food being cooked besides being nice and warm. The restaurant has a nice welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. The food was nice and warm and I thoroughly enjoyed all 3 courses. Whitebait had some good "meat" to the fish, not scrawny at all and not fried to dried. Lambs liver was a generous portion complete with salad and bulgur wheat (I think, I don't really know what it was but I enjoyed it a lot!). I did have a small cut iny mouth that day so the salad dressing felt bit zingier in my mouth than it should be, pretty sure it would've been fine if i didn't have the cut in my mouth! The honey cake was a really nice finish to dinner. It was light and I loved the pistachio topping, and it was so beautiful!! They also kindly offered me a tea to go with the cake, which went really well.

While Ephesus Brighton is not the most budget-friendly option, the quality of the food, attentive service, and inviting ambiance justify the price.

Staying in Brighton Friday night and called in without a booking. We were welcomed with pleasure, the place has a great atmosphere. Ordered a platter for 2 it was lovely a real pleasure to eat here.
Delicious Turkish food !! The koftes were sooo tasty. Really nice people ? and very good french accent ;)

Visited this fantastic restaurant twice while visiting Brighton, and the food was absolutely perfect. They accommodated our big group at short notice, and the service was top notch. I'd definitely come back :)
