Well what can I say, we've come back time and time again. Nice clean pub, great comfortable seating areas, toilets are lovely and all the staff here are amazing, Ollie and Zaghra looked aver 23 of us for a works do. Food all came out quickly and everyone enjoyed. Thankyou so much, sorry there's been a delay in giving this review.

Lovely refurbishment. Nice atmosphere. Had the nachos and steak sandwich between us.Staff were friendly and helpful as the table app wasn’t working.Food was tasty and great value for money.Toilets were immaculate!

Came to the pub for some after work drinks! What an amazing time we had, classy interior and amazing woman on the bar Jess who massively helped us out and was awesome! 5pm-8pm happy hour with loads of drinks for £4

What a change from the old "Pav Tav"! It's now a pleasant, well-appointed space. No longer do you have to wipe your feet AFTER you've been in! Friendly, attentive, staff. A good selection of drinks and the Cheese and Bacon Burger ? was a steal at £9.50 for such a central Brighton location. Highly recommended (OK, from my photos it looks deserted, but this was early doors on a Sunday afternoon. It did fill up a bit more as I sat there ?).

Nice Mitchell's and Butler pub. Well attended quiz night was on when we were there. V competitive prices for our drinks and food (particularly after being mugged earlier in the day by the price for 2 beers on Brighton Pier ?) Thank you to Xaghra and Amy for looking after us so well ?

Just eaten a delicious fantastic tasting cheese & bacon burger, coleslaw & fries. Staff attentive. A1. Who needs McDonalds when you can get such a tasty burger from Fitz Regent & it’s served hot.

Food at a really reasonable price, with a drink for a pound extra, lovely staff. We got 2 fish and chips with mushy peas and 2 glasses of wine, and a pint for the price of 2 fish and chips at the sea front... Great value. :)

Went for lunch and found menu shown on internet not available (hasn’t been this year), but was offered cut down menu consisting mainly of curries and burgers. Opted for fish and chips, when served chips were not triple cooked as advertised on menu (criminal offence under Trading regs 2008). Unfortunately 2 hrs after eating lunch developed severe stomach pains and diarrhoea, I’ve put this down to the tartar sauce as my wife didn’t have this. Have been here before and experienced problem including wait of 45 mins+ for food to be served.
