Came here after having amazing food at the South Kensington branch a few months ago. I can't eat gluten and the entire menu caters for this without me having to feel like a nuisance. Unfortunately my burger was burnt black on one side for 50% of the way through it, the onion rings burnt completely to dark brown (and no fennel seeds like the SK ones ☹️), chips luke warm and chewy like they'd been reheated. Drinks weren't presented that well and all looked identical. Toilets didn't look that clean and staff just weren't very interested so it didn't feel worth complaining. Such a shame, I'd really bigged it up and felt embarrassed to have suggested it. I will definately not be returning to this branch.

I love Honest Burger and regularly visit our local in London. Every one I’ve tried so far has been great but I was disappointed with the Brighton restaurant for a few reasons. The food itself was good…the chips were overly salty but the plant burger was amazing as always. The restaurant though was grubby, everything felt greasy including the misty glasses, ketchup bottle covered in sticky old ketchup and the toilets which were greasy on the floor and soaking wet - it’s not a great combination when you’re pregnant. The worst part was the smell that hit us as we walked in, it was damp, musty and very off-putting.

Absolutely rubbish. Way better burger places in Brighton, bigger portions, cheaper, tastier and nicer place! It stank like a toilet. Took ages for food to come when it did it was cold and they tried to charge me for the privilege. Avoid!

Had a Buyagift voucher and decided to visit today. Never knew anything about this company but I was pleasantly surprised. The service was great and the Vegetarian burger we had was soooooo yummy. We would definitely go again. Well done guys?

We visited here last night, it was our 3rd time visiting and every time we have not been disappointed! We sat outside which had a nice atmosphere and nice seating. The service was brilliant! Very accommodating and friendly, we observed this from our waiter and the other waiters too. We had the chicken pesto burger and the tribute burger and both were amazing - the rosemary salted chips are a favourite of ours and all very reasonably priced. We would definitely come here again!Dietary restrictions: They asked us before ordering about any allergies, and there was a lot of gluten free options on the menu.

We came here as we had been told it was a safe option for our coeliac daughter. And that couldn’t have been more true. For the first time ever she was told that she could have absolutely anything on the menu, they just had to swap the bun for a gluten free one. This was so refreshing and they were very clued up about coeliac disease and cross contamination. Her food was presented in different grease proof paper and the bun was clearly different so there was no concerns about whether she had the right meal. Eating out can be so stressful but this experience was the opposite, we were able to really enjoy our meal. The quality of the burger was immense and the rosemary chips…. OMG!!!!

Honest Burger Brighton was brilliant. A cute little venue with outdoor seating too. All the staff were very accommodating. My youngest daughter is coeliac and they fully understood what that meant. An absolute must as a place to visit. ❤Dietary restrictions: My daughter has coeliac disease and she was very well looked after.

Good burgers.I didn't realise Honest Burger started in Brighton, they have a plaque on the wall explaining the origin, which I thought was a nice touch.Beware though, this is a small restaurant. When we went, they only had the downstairs floor open, which seats around 40, I'd guess. They'd also opened later due to a late delivery, on our visit, so when we were seated, there were people queuing outside for a table.Service was good, though, friendly & helpful & they checked our meal was good.Soft drinks are a can, which doesn't make you fell like you're getting great value for money, sadly. The fries are rosemary herbed, which isn't to everyone's taste. Be nice of they offered without aswell. We had the smash burgers, doubles with bacon, which were really nice, crispy but juicy & full of flavour. I would definitely go back.

We ducked in here to avoid rain and have a quick burger. Burgers were really great. I had the Brighton Hot, which was great, not all that spicy, just enough and excellent flavor. The toppings were all very premium and well paired. The drink selection was small but what we had were all good, and some excellent local brews. Chips and other sides were excellent. Most of their menu items are gluten free with no additional cost, which was excellent.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
