We have been to Indian Summer last night and we stop talking about how amazing it was. This is not your usual Indian restaurant in the UK.. the food is incredible. It feels like you are eating proper authentic street food. Everything is fresh and made from scratch-you can just tell. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is really chilled and cosy. I can’t believe we haven’t been before and will definitely return many times. Can’t wait ♥️, Thank you ??

Delicious. Hadn’t been to Indian Summer since it changed hands as we were worried we might be disappointed as it was such a lovely restaurant. Well we were very impressed and I regret not having been back sooner. Food was delicious and the service couldn’t be faulted. Shall certainly be returning again soon ?

Visited on New Year's Eve and so glad we did. As usual, the food was amazing. So grateful that they cater for Coeliac sufferers. Have already booked to return and so looking forward to it.

This is one of our fave restaurants, have been visiting for years when wine flights were a thing! Great food every time. 4 of us all chose the thali, 1 vegan and they were astonishing. Friendly staff, great service, fab end of dinner cocktails. Will be back...

I have heard good reports about this restaurant and I turned up not really knowing what to expect. Looking at the menu, there were a lot less items on it that every other Indian restaurant I have been to, which I found intriguing. I am vegan and there were multiple options to cater for that. The descriptions of the food were that akin to a high class establishment, which further intrigued me. The waiting staff were all very knowledgeable about the items on the menu and explained the healthy philosophy behind the food, no food colourings, minimal sugar and salt. When the food arrived I was further impressed by the presentation and the fact that it tasted exquisite - subtlety different and superior to any other Indian food I've ever had. This in no ordinary Indian restaurant. This is the type of food I would expect to have in a high class restaurant in India. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Great authentic northern Indian cuisine, amazing ratings so had to go, couldn't fault the "home-cooked" flavours, my wife is Indian and it took her back to when her mum cooked at home, a compliment indeed, went for the grand thali, a combination of the best they have to offer, amazing chicken and lamb, some perfectly cooked sides, lemon rice roti, just perfect. Thoroughly recommended if your on Brighton, if your not them go to Brighton!!...worth it.

An excellent, relaxing atmosphere with delicious food. Menu provides an interesting bit of information and insight into the dish which adds a special little ✨ to the experience. Place is nicely decorated and very very warm! Would come again.
