It occurs to me that in the 25 years of living in Brighton, this will be my third visit to the top floor food area.It's 3 days before Christmas Day, of course McDonald's on the upper floor, (poor attempt at a) food court area is going to be an awesome experience. I'm only here because I had a discount voucher for ordering ahead online. Horrible experience in the town centre,, Horrible experience in the shopping centre, Horrible experience with the distinct lack of seating. The only good thing was that my order was prepared in a pretty swift manner but I doubt a saver menu triple cheeseburger and a banana milkshake would be too taxing for fast food wage slaves - even the ones with a gold star or two.I won't be back any time soon.

Always busy even though it's not the biggest. Someone must be doing there job right and have good communication between each other good for you . Even though your smaller branch you have lots going through. And don't run out. We love seeing you when we are over from Eastbourne. See you soon. Merry Christmas. Lovely clean McDonald's. Staff are efficient and polite. Hard to find a seat during busy times, but recommend this McDonald's.

For an establishment that pride themselves in serving children, one would expect that simply getting a cup of hot water to warm up baby milk bottle would be a courtesy. Unfortunately there is a company policy that prevents staff giving hot water unless you buy tea for 99p, but you don't get any tea, just 40ml of water. Very strange policy and surely against the trading standards to pay for something and not get it! The management must have lost the touch with reality! Never will set my foot there again.

Clean, service and staffs are good. Ordered 2 bigmac menu and 2 happy meal everything was as expected. The shopping centre closing at 7pm if you ger your order at this time they don't allow to eat inside of the shopping centre. But there are steps like sitting places out of the mall.
I believe it's the best McDonald's in the town, and considering their price, I think it's worth it.Vegetarian options: Their McPlant is perfect

A black coffee with two sachets of milk is not a latte. If you cannot serve a latte, why take the money for one. This establishment is now only good for gridlocking the marina.

Typically, slightest mention of a maccas and I'm jumping out my seat for a couple chicken selects( my clique refere to them as happiness and breadcrumbs).Anyway, I entered and instantly had to pay a "foreigner tax" which was a slap round the chops but nevertheless I decided to proceedMenu was in Bulgarian.Soon as my translator got out the taxi we got to ordering and I got my chicken selectsGotta say, they were absolutely superb, but the lack of diversity upset me, like, what do you mean there's no Tory's in here?I instantly felt extremely outnumbered and decided to make a run for it.What followed next could only be described as a hate crime.I sped for the stairs with precision and speed, aimed for a patch of toddlers and threw myself down. The result was a extremely soft landing, but the reaction was abhorrent. Had at least 4 people say some quite upsetting things.I made it out by the skin of my whiskers and jumped on a plane,I've now been farming for the aborigines for 3 months,Thought I would let you know what your in for.Safe eating my people.

Where to begin... Got order wrong, good thing my family has a check by till policy. Funny how they never get the fee they charge us wrong. Chips too salty, messed up practically all the burgers (mc crispy dry as the sahara, big mac had no sauce). Milk shake salty for some reason.I understand they are busy, but quality shouldn't take a nose dive in the process. Especially as they charge full price, quality or not.
