“Tried to book ahead via email and didn't receive a response. We turned up around the time I had requested (3.30). Restaurant was only half full so we were offered a seat by a young, very sweet waitress. We tried to sit at an empty 4 and we're told we must sit at the front of the restaurant. The building looked quite vibrant and fun when we arrived. I asked had they received my email and the younger lady took us to, I'm assuming the manager who was working behind a counter. I stated i hadn't had a reply to my email and the manager was very rude, sarcastic and confrontational. We were taken aback by her response so left the restaurant. the young waitress apologised as we left. Wouldn't spend my money there or recommend. There are a load more restaurants in the local vicinity offering much better service who value their customers. Terrible manager...”
