This chip-shop is absolutely amazing!! After being a vegetarian for over 10 years who’s always been abit skeptical of vegan fast food, I can wholeheartedly say this place is AMAZING and sooooo worth the price! The curry sauce tastes just like the sauce I had when I was a kid, it was honestly so nostalgic (i’ve missed chippy food so much since turning veggie, (but today has healed my inner childhood for sure), my battered sausage was amazing and my boyfriend has been speaking non-stop talking about his “magical” cod & chips, he couldn’t believe it was vegan and tasted so similar to the real deal! I have ate here 3 times and every time the food gets better and better and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming! I just WISH you were in london as well ? but honestly it’s a 10/10. highly recommend ??

Great for a bite to eat whilst enjoying the beautiful sea front. Came to Brighton for the day with my friends and whilst looking for somewhere to have lunch we found “no catch” a completely vegan fish ‘n’ chip restaurant. There was a really nice atmosphere, the staff were lovely and the food came out promptly and was absolutely delicious. My friends and I were very impressed with the quality of food served. So happy to see inclusive restaurants making delicious meals.

This was my first visit here. I hadn't heard great things from friends a couple of years ago - that the portions were tiny and it was expensive. But in my usual fish and chip shop they are always grumpy, and I wanted to try something different. The Good: Lovely restaurant Friendly Staff Clean Modern You can tell effort has gone into their vegan creations Things taste as if they were cooked from scratch i.e sauces I didn't have to wait long Nice packaging ensured the food stayed hot Portion size for me was just right - I would say it was a decent size and that is for one of the small plates The Bad: £7.50 for a single battered veggie sausage just makes me sad! This was what I wanted to get, but instead opted for something cheaper The prices are just too high, especially with the cost of living right now, and this would put me off going back which is such a such a shame

Probably the best fish and chips ever. And they’re vegan! A totally vegan fish and chip shop. The cod was delicious and the chips were the best I have had in years. A good selection of dishes including prawns and calamari. I will need to go back to try them as they did look good. Portion size is excellent and all cooked to order. And nothing was swimming in fat. Really friendly staff too. An amazing experience.

Honestly the best vegan fish and chips ever. The picture on the website looked fabulous and when the food arrived we were not disappointed. The chips were amazing. I havent eaten fish for more than 30 years but the taste came right back. Add mushy peas and tartare sauce and it is perfection. Sadly we live in Manchester or we would be regulars at no catch. Dont miss this place if you are in Brighton. Lovely guy serving too

Absolutely exceptional food! Husband and I visited while we were in Brighton for 1 night and so glad we chose this place. I am vegan, husband is not, but we both said it was the best fish and chips we've ever had. Vegan cod was excellent and my husband said his battered sausages were just like real sausages, he couldn't tell the difference. Portions a good size and the price was fair for what it was, more expensive than normal fish and chip shops but that is what you should expect at somewhere like this. Staff were also very friendly and I would definitely come back!

Been wanting to try No Catch for ages and wasn't disappointed. Truly worth five stars. Great menu, plenty of options to mix up your meal and everything you would want from a Vegan restaurant. The food was excellent. Tasty, well cooked and well presented. Good choice of gluten free options. The team there were great, even opening the door after hours to return a package we had left behind! Already looking forward to our next visit.

Came to the UK, Brighton and got to try the best damned "fish" and chips! Wow. The tastes were complex and fresh. I had the cod, sausages and chips. It was just how I imagined everything to be but better. The battered sausage was a game changer. I never want to go back to a regular (vegan) sausage. The food came out quickly and the staff was friendly and patient when ordering the food, of course I had questions...They're also environmentalists. Amazing.Keep it up! Go vegan!!

Ambience was very casual. I can’t help thinking the decor could have created a cosier vibe, but it is basically a typical fish and chip shop, just done vegan. I think I was hoping it to be more like a restaurant than a chippy. The smoked haddock and cod were really delicious but we were disappointed in the chips that weren’t your ‘proper’ chip shop chips. They were also out of ketchup :( The one loo could have been a bit cleaner too, but grubby loos seem to be a thing in Brighton unfortunately.

We popped in for a quick bite to eat after a long drive down to Brighton, not expecting much, and were totally blown away by the quality and flavour of the food. I went back for a takeaway a couple of days later and messed up my order. The staff were unbelievably helpful and put things right for me, no questions asked, which I really appreciated. Wonderful service and excellent food. We will definitely be visiting again whenever we’re in Brighton - highly recommended.

We love the concept of vegan fish and chips and we enjoyed most of the things we tried (special mention for the smoked "haddock" and the "calamari"), though we weren't keen on the tempura "prawns", but we thought the portions were very small for the money. Would definitely go again when we're feeling flush.
