DJ hasnt got a clue what pop is. Literally has about 20 tracks on loop, dont reckon I saw him touch anything.

We booked a table here (I think last minute) for 25ish people for my Hen do at the weekend, we turned up for the booking, went in to find a boxing match on EVERY screen at FULL volume which we'd not been told about at all at the time of booking. It wasn't on the website anywhere, so we turned up and sat in a booth for 45 mins awkwardly waiting for the boxing to finish and the music to finally start around 11.30pm.We had paid £100 deposit and were waiting a long time for drinks to come to the table and were all just sat there awkwardly without a drink waiting for this boxing to stop with it on too loud to even talk to anyone.Once the music did start it was great and we got sparklers in our drinks buckets and props and confetti and all sorts of fun stuff but it just kind of killed the whole vibe for that first hour and if we'd know this we'd have gone somewhere else

The night I experienced was an intricate network of rhythms, sounds, and movements, a complex assemblage of bodily sensations and digital technologies. The performance was an example of what Derrida would describe as différance. The pub's sound was characterized by a constant tension between repetition and variation, creating a sense of never-ending difference.

The Australian butch security is the most racist person I have ever met. Not fit to be working in such an environment. This place is unsafe and I would never ever go back. Shame on you pop world for allowing such people to work in your establishment.

Popworld's moved to Walkabout, it's true,And let me tell you, it's a great venue! The music's bumping, the drinks are flowing,And Leah made our night, her energy glowing! She greeted us with a smile so bright,And made sure our drinks were just right. She danced with us and sang along,Leaving us with a memory that'll never be gone.Popworld's new home is a perfect fit,And with staff like Leah, it's a guaranteed hit.So if you're looking for a place to go,Popworld at Walkabout is the way to go!

On behalf of Terry:Tom the security guard makes me feel safe whenever I come to the venue, as I am autistic and sometimes struggle socialising this makes Popworld feel like a safe place where I can come and know I will be understood and taken care of. If I have any issues I know I can go to Tom or the bar staff for help.

Such a nice environment in this bar. There’s lots of dancing and the DJ was quite good. They played hits from the 2000s, a nice throwback. The drinks are very cheap, happy hour’s from 6-8pm, 50% off aka. a good deal!! The security staff are very very friendly and one feels very safe. A great night out. ?

Last night I don’t a charity boxing fight, And after just wanted to go for one drink and head home with my girlfriend.Girlfriend is heavily pregnant so didn’t want to be in a massive crowd, just a quick stop off before heading home. The head doorman and the security team were absolutely amazing, looked out for us while we I had a quick drink, was kind respectful and helpful.Don’t think I’ve met a nicer security team. Thanks again absolute 10*

Popworld was a great night out with my friends, we laughed like nobody is watching and sang like nobody is listening with the drinks flowing and happy tunes we felt very secure and safe with all the security walking around.

Went to Popworld with my girlfriend and a few of her mates last weekend. Good atmosphere, happy hour was good value. Door team were very through and head doorman was quick to help when a couple of lads wouldn't take no for an answer talking to my on my girlfriends mates. The door team seemed very used to taking the heat out of situations especially when people have had a few and things can get out of hand when not handled well. Will definelty go back there next time we are in Brighton

It's okay, however the bouncers can be a bit weird, I once watched a fight happen and they just broke it up and let them stay in and in the same night they kicked a girl out for arguing with one of the shot people very bizarre. But it's always busy a good place for decent drinks and good music.

A great night out, fun and great atmosphere, the security team were excellent, headed by a short bald guy, who was extremely professional and helpful who gave some excellent friendly advice to the females of our group, its nice to see security that actually care about the safety of their customers unlike other venues where they don’t. Well done superb job!

Always had fantastic experiences with all the staff, i just try to avoid the very short bald guy because he’s always so self entitled, the rest of the staff seem genuinely scared of him whilst theyre all so nice.. i would give a far higher rating as all my other experiences are so positive but i am ashamed to say this man overshadows all their wonderful performances. In no where else have i experienced such a rude self entitled person with little man syndrome where the other staff are literally scared of him but he’s so rude that he overshadows the whole operation and its sometthat needs to be deal with. Potentially if the staff felt themselves able to talk to the pathetic man it could be overlooked however while this continues i will be going elsewhere and advising others too as well. A rude man overshadows the whole fantastic operation which is a shame and i hope action is taken soon and properly.

I have had great memories here in recent times. But today it was just not it. The bald staff member just ruined mine and my friend’s experience today. I hope something is done about this.
