Nothing wrong with this Pret. They get busy as certain times so things can go a little bit slower than you would want. It only takes a few trains to come in and its packed. Staff are always nice, friendly and professional.

I enjoy coffee at Pret nearly every day as I have the subscription. Staff are nice and the place is clean and tidy.You are able to fill your bottle of water as there is a tap. Good selection of salads, sandwiches, pastries and desserts prepared on daily basis (I’ve tried the Italian style one and is so tasty). I’d like to see more plastic free containers.Bring your reusable coffee cup to get 50p off!!(now that coffee prices are getting to the roof, it helps)

16:04 We bought out drinking stating that we were going to drink them at the outside chairs and tables. We were outside with our smoothies at 16:10 when a female staff member started loudly moving and stacking chairs and dragging tables. After a few minutes she has the audacity to tell us that she was closing this area and we would have to sit inside or leave. Terrible service. Spend your money elsewhere.

I subscribed the Pret monthly 5 a day coffee. And I usually have Soya Milk in my coffee. But today I just can’t be bothered. But, I hate Skim milk personally. The barista were just using Skimmed Milk, they didn’t even ask what milk preference I want! And it tastes burnt coffee . They were not even friendly over there! Customer service in this Branch is bad!!! The Kensington and St Pancras team are very friendly! I know I’m paying £25/month, I know that, but still customers have the right to choose what milk preferences they want. I didn’t have the time to make a complaint in store Bec I have to catch my train.

Such a shame, no more daily coffee and sandwich after work, cancelled my coffee subscription too. Train Station (used to close at 6 pm) and North St. now close at 5 pm and East St. closes at 5.30 pm. I get back to Brighton at 5 pm daily! Why shut the Train Station an hour earlier?

Very poor service and staff spoke disparagingly of customers standing in front of them waiting for their coffee. We can hear you! Don’t be rude. Incredibly immature and unprofessional! Never again

In Brighton there is only three branch, the staff are very friendly. It would be wonderful if they extend the time the open. They usual open till 6:30 PM

Most times I’ve been in there it’s been alright, but there’s one guy with like blonde curly hair who’s always quite rude and almost makes you feel bad for ordering, it’s a shame as the rest of the staff are always ok.

Didn't get what I asked for (it wasn't even busy) but had to catch my train.What I got was a lousy cappuccino with burnt coffee.Not Good, compared to the quality and service we get in London....Pret(ty) horrible.

If your train departs in 10 minutes, check the service queue. Otherwise, you will miss the train for the sake of a slowly prepared coffee.Sometimes the operate one machine that serves a customer per serve. For example 5 late... instead of preparing them together, they are prepared one by one... and just imagine how slowly that will be.

Great choice of food and drinks. Good atmosphere and great service. What I love at Pret is that the food is always freshly made. Go on try it and you will be pleasantly surprised!

Visited late PM sunday as town centre pret was shut. As you enter it is scruffy. Filthy floor, tables not cleared. Ordered coffee and was alarmed to see a pigeon walking up and down behind the counter. 'He's always here' said the staff when I commented. Opened the coffee to find it was only half full. Staff (tall guy with curly hair) looked completely and utterly disinterested - presume he relieves the tedium by short changing customers. Pret - get some decent staff in. Brighton Council - get a pest control guy into this place ASAP. It is disgusting.

Not bad but very expensive. It's useful for charging your mobile whilst waiting for trains.
