Now this store has changed its chef. The service is great and the service is very enthusiastic. The food is very delicious. I will go there again.

Couldn't find what I wanted , asked 2 staff they sent me around the store twice and still didn't get what I needed. Also picked up some flowers and when I went to buy them they refused to let me have them as the computer said it was discontinued, shelves are half filled and on exiting you get accosted by beggars,addicts and drunks hassling for money while doing their substances in the car park

Was at your Lewes Road, Brighton branch yesterday with my disabled wife at the self service checkout and a lady pushed by and caught her body warmer on the handle of my wifes wheelchair and then tooted and then snatched her body warmer off my wifes wheelchair like it was her fault and then gave my wife a dirty look... sadly she was in normal clothes but with a Sainsbury's name badge on... we felt disgusted and in the way

Plenty of items that are way out of date (by even six months, like crisps or even tinned foods), and also stickers advertising offers that are also out of date: when I mentioned this to a particularly lazy employee (dark long hair) she asked me to go and take a picture of the sticker myself (even though she was doing nothing: just chatting and giggling with another colleague): she could not be bothered to go and check herself. And as always, you never know when the toilets will be available as a lot of the times the toilets are "out of order" which seems to be code for "we cannot be bothered to clean them".

It was a nice experience. I can find everything I want it. Also it was easy to findThe stuff was helpful and with nice attitude

I like sainsbury's, however, the dates on things are slipping on things like bread, bacon, I've found bread due off on the next day! I'm a single mum, how am I gonna use a loaf of bread in a day ! I could freeze but i don't have space, staff were very glum here , the one at Portslade the staff are very jolly, strange how it can vary so vastly !

They don't know what it means to open at 8. When they do come and open the door they can't find the right key. Then once they are open the shelves are empty
