It became obvious to me that there were no people but they were super busy, nothing but another representation on how capitalism has turned cute dainty coffee shop into soulless delivery takeaway, rip”

“Everything is amazing in that cafe. However, the service on some days, when there is only one barista, is not what is expected. Today, I stood in the queue to get my coffee for more than 20 minutes. The guy working there seems very overwhelmed and can't handle the job alone. Additionally, cleaning the tables also cannot be done with just one person in the cafe. So please consider hiring more people to get that job done.”

“Great spot. Downstairs can be fairly noisy with the machines going intermittently, but upstairs is perfect for studying. It is a bit expensive now though... £3.75 for a medium cappuccino I think it was but I suppose that's just the way all things are going.Dietary restrictions: Milk alternatives available upon request.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs needed for access, tables available downstairs. Front doors may be a bit tricky, though.”

“I enjoy coffee at Pret nearly every day as I have the subscription. Staff are nice and the place is clean and tidy.You are able to fill your bottle of water as there is a tap. Good selection of salads, sandwiches, pastries and desserts prepared on daily basis (I’ve tried the Italian style one and is so tasty). I’d like to see more plastic free containers.Bring your reusable coffee cup to get 50p off!!(now that coffee prices are getting to the roof, it helps)”
