If you have a sweet tooth, then Sprinkles Gelato will satisfy your sugary desires. I tried the Brownie Heaven waffle, which comes with sliced banana, brownie crumble, smothered in delicous chocolate sauce! Yum! You have an option to pair this with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (£9.50). To wash the sweetness down, I ordered a flat white (£2.50). The coffee was faultless.While the food is easily 4/5 stars, I felt it only appropriate to award 3 stars due to the underwhelming service. While the service wasn't "bad," I couldn't help but feel that more effort on the part of the staff is needed to make this establishment feel more welcoming. It's the small things that make a difference. Greet patrons with a warm smile; perhaps make some recommendations if they're unsure what they want; make a little small talk? It's not that difficult to do. A little kindness goes a long way.

Fantastic gelato selection and waffles etc. Customer service was excellent and the service was excellent have to hand to the manager and the team excellent job ladies and gentlemen of sprinkles. 100/100 full marks from me and the wife. Thank you for your hospitality. : )

We walked past this desert place, and politely asked if there was wheelchair access. We were told quite bluntly “I don’t know what a ramp is” when explained to him, there was no ramp for the 6 stairs and no other alternative access. We were offered to have our ice cream outside in the rain as they couldn’t facilitate a wheelchair in the building. He did offer to pick up the 200kg Powerchair, without the use in it- as this isn’t possible we had to walk away, with no apology.

The customer service is 0/5Miserable un helpful actitude of the customer service, when I complained about the ice cream that it was meltdown and 4 scopes didn't even filled the glass, we were 3 people and charged me £33 for a melt down ice creamI would not recommend this place

The venue is spacious and comfortable and they have a good range of ice creams and desserts.Gelato is lovely and waffles are good.However there are not enough staff and delays in orders being made also tables are not cleaned and the toilets are dirty with no running water in the ladies.The waiter at the front is miserable and unwelcoming he probably is tired out.You do not feel valued as a customer in this establishment and no one cleaned our tables or picked up cutlery when were finishedI was most disappointed as there isnt another venue like this in this part of Brighton and really they could do so much better at customer service!

Walked in and we're entirely ignored by the staff who was more interested in his phone. Walked out and went to Treatz around the corner. Much cleaner and friendlier.

£2.95 for 5 teaspoons of gelato!!! That is the price and measure of their “1 scoop” in a cup. If you’re going here just for gelato/ice cream would suggest you avoid. If you’re going as a gang for some dessert the place is okay but there are far far better places in Brighton which deliver on taste, ambience, AND value for money! A very unfortunate thumbs down from me.

£36.50 for the wrong waffle, the wrong crepe, solid cookie dough and a milkshake that would have been made better in McDonalds. Don’t even waste your time! They used to care when first opened but now they actually don’t care at all! All went in the bin as was a takeaway order.
