Not nice seeing the server rubbing his face on the approach but he at least wore gloves. The sandwich was very soggy and tasted a little off. But it is 24 hours so….

Bought and paid for a meal deal, total came to just under £12 and I was given only a cookie and my sandwich; I asked for a drink and she laughed/scoffed and said “no I can’t do for free” as though I didn’t already pay for a a whole meal deal, ended up spending another £2 cuz English has never been easy for the truly revolving door staff there; I been going over 5 years now and it’s only recently they’ve started explaining to the staff what a wrap is lmao, truly awful but almost adorable in its attempts to keep up with the other chains, no wonder they have to be open 24 hours??‍♂️

I was"kicked off"from the store by employee when the store was open as he just mopped the floor. What a lack of respect to customer. He shoulder working there!!

The girl who served us was absolutely amazing. She provided great customer service . She definitely deserves a raise considering poor working conditions.

Illegal activity all weekend for Pride, adding £1 onto every persons order but no notices or changes to the advertised prices, when questioned after paying refused to refund and refused to provide a vat receipt or write one out... breaking trading standards and criminal offences all weekend

I didn't go to that restaurant to preach anything or identify myself as anything, I just ordered food like everyone else does, a vegan patty, vegan cheese sandwich with a vegetable variety and when asked for hot siracha sauce I noticed they instead put a non-vegan sauce, Chipotle, on an obviously vegan sandwich without my permission. When I questioned them about sneakily putting an ingredient I DID NOT ASK FOR an obnoxious female Hijab wearing employee with no semblance of any customer service qualities was insisting the chipotle sauce is vegan but I made them redo it and my subsequent attempt to complain about their unethical practises was met with aggressive resistance and threats, this person is not just uncaring but also unapologetically rude, and it is reasonable to believe they have "spiked" many vegan customer's food without their knowledge until I came along and made a fuss about it, as I should. That's actually disgusting and utterly disrespectful, it's the exact equivalent of me giving her pig meat without her knowledge which I'm sure would make her extremely upset, and the responsibility ultimately lies with the owners who clearly have not trained their staff to use and consult an ingredient/allergen table upon customer request as required by the law.Edit: The owner reached out and apologised for any inconvenience caused, she reviewed the video footage and saw they "made the sandwich again to meet my requirements" but I am not convinced she fully understands what the issue was, not only they tried to put ingredients I did not ask for under my nose and when caught gave me wrong dietary advice out of lack of care and respect, but I also had to insist on them remaking the food. But besides their unethical practises and rude behaviour there is an issue of them breaking the law if they are not trained to use/consult an ingredient/allergen table:Natasha's Law that came into effect on 1st October 2021 requires all food outlets to provide full ingredient lists with clear allergen labelling on Pre Packed for Direct Sale foods (PPDS). PPDS is food that is prepared, prepacked and offered or sold to consumers on the same premises.==========> Products made at a customer’s request do not need to carry an allergen label, but this information must be available to customers if they ask for it.<===========People on that restaurant clearly lacked that sort of training and this is something that needs to be addressed asap, because besides breaking the law such ignorance can be dangerous too. Since the owner recognised that training should be provided I decided not to be taking any further action and this review will stay on for a few months but will be eventually be removed as I trust the owner/owners will take the appropriate steps.

Refused to make my order when I asked for a vegetarian option.

Spicy Italian is my favorite sub, I know it well…. it should bring 5 slices of pepperoni and 5 of salami for the 6in or 10 and 10 slices for the foot long. Despite I told the person serving it to correct him, he put just 8. The place was more and less clean, but it is actually a challenge for one person in a busy sunny Saturday.
