Ordered through Uber Eats. Don't EVER go here. I can't even explain the slop I received. Soggy and hard bread, quite a feat to get both those consistencies. Cold. SLOP! Waist of my money.

Just ordered through Uber Eats. My order was not sent properly with EVERY single one of my meal deal additions missing (6 in total), must've been another bag that they failed to give to the driver.Uber driver was kind enough to give them a call when I pointed it out to him and the manager, unknowingly thinking he was the customer, was blaming the same driver for not picking up the bag. Mindless and shamless lying. Disgrace of a customer service. All he said was "ask for a refund" Order was delivered 10 minutes ago, for traceability purposes.Same name on it as my Google account.Hoping this gets dealt with. Thank you

Honestly if I could Rate it 0* I would bread is stale staff are stale atmosphere was stale location wise decent but overall shocking. A friend and I headed to this Subway a bit past 12 AM to take away. I ordered the most basic sub to exist: the Veggie Delite - the bread was unbelievably crusty and I could not bite into it at all. All the filling had slipped out onto the wrapping paper. My friend ordered a footlong chicken tikka - he was not enquired what sauces he would like but the staff themselves chose the Garlic and Herb mayo and put only that for him. I was a huge Subway fan and we are disappointed!

This is the worst subway in brighton, the system alsways has the issue and the points cannot be redeemed although it can be redeemed on the store just few yards on the back but specificly this store has issues. The staff is very very untrained, diesnot know how to create a sub, i was astronished when the guy put vegetable over sauces [ bun>cheese>sauces>vegetables] my sub was a mess. The staff doesnot know the names of all cheese/ vegetables and it was a hectic task to make him understand. Never Never visit it again.

Was really good customer service. The staff were friendly and on point with what they are doing. The sandwich was tasty and they put everything inch perfect. The store was clean and fresh. They even asked if I wanted to buy anything else which I thought was very good service, and welcoming the customer into the store making me attracted to the place. The coffee machine here is very good and much better than most coffee places. Highly Recommend.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve had to go (due to lack of options around) , I’ve had the worst experience. “Rewards” never working and always asking me to pay cash, when I want to pay points. Asked what they’d do with my food now because I couldn’t pay as I needed to use my points.. because it’s THEIR fault and he looked at me and said I’m going to BIN IT. Wasteful. Staff always have AirPods in/always on the phone. Very rude. Need a lot of training..

Worst Subway in Brighton, Avoid Avoid Avoid this place. I ordered chiken wrap for my mother, and the wrap was so dryyy it wasnt even wrapped up because it was so cracked it was awful, my mother couldn't eat it, so i asked the staff for the money back, he said unfortunately we can't give you money back, so he called the owner and he said the same thing. Instead of giving the money back he offer to make another chiken wrap. He refused to give the money back. No wonder why this place is always empty. The owner was soooo Rude not wanted to cooperate with customers at all.

The guy in there with glasses is a absolute t**t. He does this on purpose. I tried to complain the day later because how he treated me but his mum or sister answered and they just brushed it off.Miserable family paying towards the subway franchise.

Disgusting! Sent actual uncooked meat (pigs in blankets) then hung up on when I told him he could kill someone. reported to environmental health. Plus they couldnt even cut a footlong. Serious risk to health eating from here
