We did a bottomless brunch following my friend being dumped! Jess looked after us so well, she ensured our glasses were never empty and her brilliant humor bought the mood up. Jess was so funny and kind throughout, her service was 5* and she deserved a raise because of the queen energy !!! Deffo coming back for this

The manager here was attentive and helped with one of my party having a gluten and dairy allergy. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming even when they seemed rushed off their feet. Always a nice experience here.Dietary restrictions: The manager was very knowledgeable about the ingredients in the food and helped our gluten/dairy allergy party member negotiate the menu.Parking: Easy parking and also close to the bus stop.

We had a great experience in TGI at the marina! The food didn’t take too long and the children finished both their kids meals. The service was good and our waiter Michael was very friendly.

The staff were very friendly but the service was awful. It was Christmas Eve but it wasn’t busy. We waited almost an hour for our starters. The burger I had for main course could have masqueraded as a flip flop. Fossilisation is quicker than service here. We always have bad service here and hoped it would be better this time, but as per usual it was a total let down and over priced. Best advice, take your money elsewhere for better food. Rubbish.
Pleasant and polite staff but horrifically slow. Wind erosion is quicker than service here. We waited 40 minutes for our starter, then about thirty minutes for our mains. They forgot the side of onion rings we’d ordered and the burger was like leather. They didn’t charge us for the onion rings which was good, but it’s just an organisational nightmare in this restaurant. It’s the same every time we go, we keep saying ‘never again’, but somehow end up there! Not anymore, sorry TGI’s, it’s a no from us. If you want to eat in a timely fashion DON’T Come to this restaurant. Quite overpriced too, £20 for a burger and fries, best go to Fiveguys as it’s ten times better and one hundred times quicker. Admittedly it was Christmas Eve but it was not busy at all.

We really enjoyed the evening in TGI Fridays, the Christmas decorations looked great! Both my sesame chicken and my partner’s glazed burger were delicious and our server Michael was efficient and friendly.

The worst steak I've ever had, ordered the strip steak, £28...what id usually pay for a steak, only difference they are usually edible. I've been to other TGI's and always ordered steak with no problem. They usually have plenty flavour and tastes chargrilled, unfortunately this time it was neither, it was so bland! Not like steak at all, I can't even describe it, was just a chewy slab of something. I was so disappointed as I was really looking forward to this steak, not to mention how hungry I was, I'd eaten nothing all day in anticipation of this me all. I spoke to the manager, she was very nice and apologised and offered me something else, I politely refused as my husband had nearly finished his meal. I don't know if they had changed suppliers or what, but if they have, they need to change back. Disappointed Lincolnshire
