One of the best craft beer spots in Brighton! Lots of taps of local brews. They even bring in some excellent craft beer from the US. Good prices, great location, friendly staff. Recommended.

Proper boozer! What an amazing array off ale's, cider, and bourbons. Needless to say, had a great time. Discovered a new pub game, hole in the wall. Well worth a visit or two!

Since opening in 2021 The Hole In The Wall Brighton has quickly become a Mecca for beer lovers. The story goes that it got the nick-name because in times past they served Brighton’s fisherman through a hatch rather than let them in the pub to stink it up.My visits to The Hole in the Wall Brighton have always been to a pub that’s felt warm, welcoming, and passionate about beer. They are traditional and committed to cask on the one hand, yet totally clued into the new world brewer scene on the other. For anyone lucky enough to live nearby, it feels like the perfect local.Kid-friendliness: No children under 14 permitted

A great find this! Tucked away, this pub is a hidden gem with many different interesting beers and ciders to try. Although I'd heard it was small, there were seats available when I went on a Thursday evening. Another venue with the Sussex classic pub game of Toads. I'll definitely return.

A cosy gem hidden up a back street with a great range of beers - one of those little charmers you'd like to keep a secret. A great place to hide from the loud hordes of boorish weekenders that can make drinking in Brighton a pain on a

I like this pub and it's great to have it in Brighton. It's a bit of a secret, its tiny frontage hidden down an unpromising street behind the hotels on the strip. Once inside it's clear this is a pub for people who care about their beer. A chalkboard lists the selection, which is always interesting and often local and always features a stout and a bitter. Plus, in the fridge, a good selection of Continental beers in bottles. The interior is tiny, basically the front and back room of a house, with a bar inbetween. Benches and surprisingly heavy stools with cast iron legs. A little like a traditional pub or even a working man's club. Notably absent: loud music, pub carpet, thai food, endless rows of popular IPAs and lagers. Best on busier nights when the small space pushes the crowd out onto the street. At quieter times, a good place for a chat or a beer at the bar.

Incredible little pub, staff incredibly friendly.Would definitely go again!
Very good pub close to Brighton's West Pier. Formerly called the Queensbury Arms. Three cask beers on handpump when I visited. A sign on the outside wall suggests it is the smallest pub in Brighton!
