Lovely place with great food! I got a bit lost in Brighton on a nice warm summer's weekend. Birds were singing, children were laughing, and the sun was shining. A gentleman who I believe was called Liam, who works in the kitchen (?). Got me back in the right direction as well as well as showing off his quick wit and friendly persona. Thank you, Liam and Tortilla restaurant. 10 stars ?

It was okay. But very busy with staff who didnt seem to know what they were doing. The counters were extremely dirty and the staff made multiple mistakes on both orders me and a friend made.I ordered chicken but there was none left, rather than check if they were making more, the woman offered me another meat, I took pork, but two mins later more chicken came out. She added chicken to my order too since she made a mistake. This really nice, though I'm not sure if I got charged for it or not, hopefully not. But overall it made my burrito too big and made a big mess. I do appreciate the effort to fix it but I would have preferred a new one, but I'm aware they were busy so I understand why it wasn't her first choice. However, this staff member also dropped the pinto beans into the black beans and they just worked around it. This wasn't great because one is vegetarian and one isn't. My friend is veggie but the man did only take it from the side with black beans, but my vegetarian friend did find a pinto bean in their food which obviously isn't great.

During my visit to the area, I couldn't help but notice the consistently long queue of people waiting to be served at this shop. Intrigued by the popularity, I decided to give it a try on a day when I was having my lunch later than usual. I opted for a large burrito, which turned out to be quite overwhelming in terms of portion size.I must admit that the taste of the burrito was excellent, and the freshness of the ingredients was evident. However, the sheer size of the portion caught me off guard. It was so large that I found myself struggling to finish it. In the future, if I happen to be in the area again, I would definitely consider ordering a smaller portion to avoid feeling overwhelmed by the size.Despite the initial surprise with the portion size, I can understand why this shop attracts such a large crowd. The quality of the food is undeniable, and the flavours are truly enjoyable. If you're someone who appreciates generous portions and doesn't mind the challenge of finishing a sizable meal, this place could be a perfect fit for you.

Cane in here for a quick snack before attending event at Brighton Centre. Ordered Chicken Burrito which was quick yet very tasty. Fast food ala mexican. Very nice.

Good food, but ordering the food is anxiety inducing! Not everything is labelled so you have to decide on the spot as the server very quickly asks you questions! When you cant hear what theyve said its quite confusing

If you are coeliac you should not eat here. As is usual you ask for gluten free food and get given gluten - I went at 630 yesterday and despite liking the food I can't get sick on an evening out. Avoid if you have an allergy.

We ordered 2 burritos, the staff was kind and friendly, the burritos were good, BUT the toilets was disgusting. Both the disabled and non-disabled toilets were extremely dirty, including the tiles that had been blackened with dirt for a long time. One of the dirtiest toilets in Brighton.

£32 on a tiny bottle of beer, one coke in a can, and one Fanta in a can a medium burrito and a large. Then the chips aren't even normal chips like it makes out to be, they are a bag of knock off Doritos that are possibly the worst crisps I’ve ever eaten… would Recommend Taco Bell over this overpriced place any day. What makes it worse is that the restaurant actually looks really good so very deceiving.

I had the burrito bowl and unfortunately the food was hardly warm, with patches of cold and lukewarm bites throughout which was strange. If it was hot it would be nicer.Lack of vegan cheese was shocking aswell. Easy to get hold of for a restaurant in 2023..

Enjoyed the large burrito but feel the open burrito could have been a bigger portion. Staff are pleasant and friendly.

Staff need to brush up on manners and hygiene. I di wonder why this place was empty at lunchtime . I figured it was my lucky day, clearly not. Go to the Gatwick branch , 100% better. Here absolutely no way ever again !
